You may wish to consider joining the
#bitcoin-otc IRC channel on Freenode (newbies may be directed to the -foyer to go through gpg setup) for trading the moneypaks.
Since they are irreversible, they are a good way to trade funds and give them to someone who is willing to receive PayPal-based funds.
Depending on what you have, and what you're offering, I'm fairly certain that someone will take interest.
