Believe it or not, but not everyone involved in Bitcoin is just "investor" or trader. Bitcoin is also very usefull form of payment for some. Whatever the purpose for the payment option, without Bitcoin being actually usefull, just "investing" scheme could not work for so long and collapsed long ago similarly to all altcoin pump and dumps.

Exactly! Thank you for your comment. These days, I'm increasingly under the impression that mostly speculators and traders are interested in Bitcoin, (ab)using it to make elusive fiat "profits". The reason of Bitcoin's creation and its unique properties as a decentralized currency seem to be irrelevant for these kind of people.

I really hope that all these ignorant people will leave Bitcoin with big trading losses only to return to desperately buy it back, when Bitcoin shows its power as a inflation resistant alternative to fiat. People that still use fiat as a reference benchmark to measure value are not knowing anything about money.

It's personal to each person. One may keep supporting Bitcoin for many more years because he has good confidence in its future, while the other finds that Bitcoin is severely lacking something that this person really believes in.

Its all goes up into individuals thinking , i personally won't trust or accept the BTC as real life usage currency, not because it has anonymous transactions and has no governmental related stuff but because of its huge price fluctuation , i would prefer fiat currency over it , in other hand bitcoin is a must cryptocurrency in cyber because of its privacy advantage over others.

yeah right. bitcoin is trusted until it has these features and benefit what it has right now.and when bitcoin start loosing it is great futures. then people will stop trusting it.. like these lot of earning opportunity. saving money  and controlling them yourself. stay anonymous and a lot more.
but if you ask me I would say I believe bitcoin will never loose its trust. a wallet can be hacked. a company can be closed. but bitcoin itself can't betrayed bitcoiners.

Well if you dont trust bitcoin, maybe you are lacking of experiences about bitcoin. Look at the people who are posting here. Do they trust bitcoin ? Yes. Because they know that bitcoin is a good currency that will never break down until such time that bitcoin will be used by other investors. But as we all know, if bitcoin blocks has been mined, there will be no more place to create and earn more money except exchange sites or trading sites. But why trading sites accept bitcoin ? Even after the bitfinex scam people have shown their trust towards bitcoins and have stayed strong with it so it clearly indicates that people will never leave bitcoin even if price falls in future.
