Hello,
I'm not sure why the Avalon preorder #3  keeps selling out. Then they're back in stock with 80 remaining. It's similar to preorder #2.. It seems more inventory is added every so often. So so why is happening? Unless there are orders being canceled or other such issues. I wonder if Avlon is trying to make it so, it appears the units are selling out quicker than actually are. But that's just some speculation on my part.. Yes it was a better experience than with wallet bit..
Any feedback would be great!

It may be abandoned carts so once they let them go, they have stock.  I like how there system actually tries to only sell the amount allotted.

I believe they sell them in groups of 100 or so.. to prevent the mass DDOS that happened in batch 1, and 2.

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

if you put one in your cart, you see a timer counting from 10 minutes to 0... after that, your cart is emptied and the asic is returned to stock.

update: 199 units still available? That doesn't seem right

I understand that some sessions may have expired. With customers purchasing units and getting timed out. But it looks like something else..

If so, then they learned alot and did things right this time.

I am glad to see that they have just gotten a massive shot of funds for their next venture.

Indeed, it looks like they took the communities advice and the issues from previous batches finally stopped. That is a very good sign. God Speed Avalon Team!

At $5k a pop it's harder to fill 600 units, that's $3mil worth of hardware, extrapolated for delivery in 3 months from now.

I can confirm that I held a avalon unit in my cart from 8:30am EDT til purchase at 5:15pm EDT.  This means people can load up their carts and if their browser doesn't close, they might lock up those units temporarily.

Good luck to all future ASIC speculators
