I don't know why you are experiencing that problem. I don't have any issues with them since I played with betballer. Just wait for their response and you'll be fine soon.

I'm looking into the casino today. This is the casino whose terms are vague, they offer 2 kinds of casino bonus, but one is general deposit bonus, the other is for VIP bonus, they don't claim the terms that the difference between them, and the difference between general user and VIP user.

BTW, cash-out feature is awesome.

I tried playing with them and their support is quite good enough I need to inform the support before cashing out to approved my request.

This company has not sent me any evidence via e-mail in spite of their claims which of course is like I expected.

Nobody said we were going to send you "evidence via email" as to how you abused our bonus rules... When a customer signs up at our site they agree to our terms and conditions including all bonus rules.. One of those terms is that we reserve the right to withold/reverse any bonuses and winnings in the event that we suspect bonus abuse.. please read this section of our T&C ...

"9.7 We have a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. We will have the right to withhold or otherwise decline or reverse any pay-out or winning amount(s) or amend any policy in the event that we suspect you are abusing or attempting to abuse any of the following: (i) bonuses; (ii) palp errors; or (iii) specific policy or rules determined in respect of an existing game or a new game. It is clarified that we may determine that such an abuse has taken place also if your activity in our Online Casino/Sportsbook, by itself, is not abusive, but your activities in other Online Casino/Sportsbooks in addition to our Online Casino/Sportsbook, taken as a whole, constitute such abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies or rules."

Should such an instance occur, we have the right to reclaim any bonus amounts and winnings credited.

Feel free to contact us via email or chat if you need any assistance going forward...

Thank you for your feedback... We take all players concerns seriously and we try to assist you all as best we can.. Customers can always reach us via live chat, email and twitter/facebook in case they need any assistance. One thing we will not accept however is multi accounts abusing our rules.. We have a long list of players all over the forums who only have good things to say about us and we intend on keeping it that way..

I might take this to court cause I have no doubt I would win this case. Betting same amount at different accounts is proof of nothing. You would either need to prove that the same  IP logged into several accounts or if  using a VPN  that the same device logged into several accounts with a VPN.  To avoid this you would only need to pay 140 euros to me.

Great idea, should only cost you a few thousand excluding flights and accommodation in Ireland (for each court sitting).

It is very strange that there are no other complaints on the whole internet about non-payment from Betballer aside from yours and one other at the exact same time. This book has been around a long time, they have a very good reputation.

Good luck with your case.

Why to hide evidence if such exists? You do not need to be a scientist to make a conclusion.

How much fund did you lose? A court? You even don't know the location of the company, and 140 euro is not worth to file a sue, the lawyer fee is much higher than this. Btw, have you tried make a scam accusation here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

If OP gets negative trust, his business is impacted, so do this, famous forum members will help you.

Just for your info BetBallerSupport: The civil laws of Ireland stand above your terms and conditions. And if a part of your terms and conditions is not in accordance with those civil laws, this part is juridical not valid!

I can further inform you that in civil claims, you need always proof of your claim. No civil court will give you a judgement because you "suspect" something:

Claimant: "I suspect he owe me €500"

Civil court: "O.k., he owes you now €500, here is the judgement"

I trust you can see the absurdity.

"The Civil laws of Ireland".....read this, I believe it it still current but not 100% sure:

http://hayes-solicitors.ie/News/Are-gambling-debts-enforceable-

This guy won his case because SPIN could not get their money back as points 1-3 in the legislation are very clear! Gambling 'debts' are not enforceable in Ireland anyway unless something has changed.

I cannot believe this is all over €140!!!!

Why do you keep writing over and over again that same phrase to contact you via live chat and/or e-mail when you ignore me always? It still remains a big mystery what your evidence is due to this fact.

I have been following this thread at a Finnish forum and only me and one other person have made a noise about this. To be honest I would have thought more people would have complained there about this than just two.  If we suppose 20 accounts were opened at betballer by a same person maybe that one person behind those accounts is silent as she/he knows having no chance to win this battle. This would explain why just two are making noise and you possibly are accusing me and this other person of the crime someone else did. Anyway I am bound to think noone has done so but it is just a possibility that crossed my mind.

Thank you very much, this is great info! Smiley

I will add betballer and Ireland to the Warnings section at Game Protect.

This case will cost betballer longtherm unlike more than the disputed €140.

For what do betballer state terms and conditions, if you anyway can not enforce your account balance? Is the intent to false and misleading simulate customers would have any rights and feel secure?

Although I do not appreciate players making bets at multiple accounts, abusing bonuses or just circumventing limits, you would need to provide decent proofs for that other than just similar bets. IP's and Emails if linked in anyway [that in addition to IP's and shared browser/OS
s would confirm].

They may be scam site, if they do not offer the real proofs, so every winners can be called as bonus abuser, or multi-account players. It is worst way to do business like this. If they really want to get more customers, they need to be honest.

Glad someone else here, aside myself, has never had an issue with Betballer. This bonus issue looks questionable but it is 100% not a 'scam site'!

It only takes one scammed customer to ruin the company´s reputation. They cheated me so they probably will do it again with ease.
