Who was the member and why was it removed? Or are you just making this up? Can't you check the rules of the forum or search for your answer (which is hard to believe you don't know) .

Do you mean the red trust on my profile? Well he said that he would delete the red trust if I give him the name the account that I want to sell, and then he did it. But after that he gave a red trust to the account I want to sell https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=224980

Selling accounts is allowed on the forum, but some members do not endorse selling accounts so they give red trust feedbacks to accounts that are for sale to decrease their worth. Do not post the username of the account you are selling or a link to it because someone will give you a negative trust.

It is allowed but personally I am not a fan, because it then gives the illusion that the user has been here for a long time and people tend to put more trust in an account that has been active for a few years.
Especially in the HYIP area and new altcoins, these accounts could scam a lot of people, but then there may be legitimate buyers that want a higher account so they can join a signature campaign.
That's just my view, I don't agree with it but it is what it is.

Since the hack that happened here, there are severals accounts being sold, before those i believe account market were something someone thinked about, like said above its hard to be here and then some buy an old account and use and abuse from those account to get trust or bitcoin because the rank. The major issue about these is that there are several hackeds accounts being sold.

There is no rule against buying and sellin accounts so it is legal tho it is not encouraged by everyone. Some people oppose to this so expect to get a negative feedback because of the reason that they don't like what you are doing. Kinda fucked up but oh well.

So meaning theres a bad people give you negtrust even you dont do scam or no scam accusation from other people just for selling the account. Hmm I think that's not fair if you really need the money and you need your account to sell to have money in a rush for emergency purpose.

I've asked theymos about this, and this is his answer It's allowed by forum rules. You won't get banned for it. However;
- I strongly recommend against it for many reasons. - People can leave negative trust for whatever they want. It doesn't need to be against the rules.
But I don't really agree about the trust system rules.

Now don't be telling porky pies, JeWay. This is what I actually said to you: I didn't misunderstand anything. While selling accounts is tolerated by the forum, in that the staff do not seek to prevent it, it is by no means encouraged.
The fact is almost every single criminal act here is perpetrated through bought or stolen accounts.
There is no legitimate reason for buying a forum account, they are always for the purpose of deceiving other people and those who seek to sell account are helping with this deceit.
Then I offered to remove the rating on your account and reassign it to the account you were selling: I'll delete the rating if you tell me the username of the other account for sale and then confirm you have control of it by responding to a dm from me to it.
That way I will tag the account being sold instead.
You then complained after this was done and I explained to you the reasoning behind it: No I said I would remove your rating and put it on the account you are selling. See this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1511021.0The perpetrators of this scam conned people into 'investing' over $250,000 into their fraudulent scheme on the basis that they were claiming to be long-time forum members of good repute. It is in using accounts *exactly* like the one you are selling that criminals are defrauding people out of millions of dollars-worth of bitcoin. There is no moral justification for selling forum accounts.

Therefore we must be vigilant or aware to our actions which might cause that some people would give you negative trust that seems too unfair for you.

Thats very unfair thing if DT2 put some neg trust on your bought account, but on the other hand they just make early counter measure since many scammers bought some high rank account just to deceive people and look trustable since the high rank account can fool people or newbies , thats why many people discourage to sell/buy accounts since there so many risk behind of those doings. LOL at the guy wearing an avatar and signature from the very same ICO scam project I linked to. Heads-up, I'm currently tagging people who are promoting this scam so as to avoid people believing the gambling site is trustworthy, because it is evidently not. Either remove your signature and avatar for it or I'll have to tag you, too.

@cryptodevil please answer my message. I've decided to not sell the account, so please delete the red trust on it.
I have chosen to mark both accounts with neutral trust as you have control of both of them at this time and have assured me you will not be selling. If this changes the ratings will be amended accordingly. Do not sell forum accounts. It only facilitates deception and crime.

unless you use a trusted escrow that will hold both account and bitcoins Hmf ? Yeah maybe post some pictures with the stats of your accounts then hide your personal details so they cannot put some red trust on you. Then when there is escrow, you can now transfer or make them see your details and the escrow is the one to organize your transactions.
