PascalCoin's team have investigated reports of an exploit and after extensive analysis, have concluded there is no known exploit. The discrepancies found in Nanopool's block timestamps have been accounted for and were caused by worker's not rolling the timestamp during mining and no transactions on the network (thus work with new timestamp was not updated). This was not an exploit and not due to PascalCoin's daemon. It has since been resolved by issuing a miner notification every 30 seconds. Nanopool were not gaining any advantage with these timestamps.
There is a bounty of 0.5 BTC to anyone who can document an exploit with current PoW consensus rules (details available in Slack).
Thank you for the clearyfication. Looking @Polo the offloading seem 2 have started - do the maths. @PascalCoin: THX 4 your ignorance - but as you said - just a hobby project (with good ideas). btc was also some theoretical idea, and it was nothing 5 years ago, almost same hobby project ) (in first releases of btc wallet was bug making money transfer without owner confirmation) imagine that hack in nowdays) polo is polo, we have xmr this is just like pasc favorite coin for this exch, and they can set any price if they want )

Are you knowledgeable to create the pool software from scratch and open source it? That's what we need, and there can be a bounty for it. How I can Set up my own private pascal pool ?
You can't. All the pascal pool software is closed source.

You can't. All the pascal pool software is closed source. I can't see much p2p in connection with the mining. Only some few pools make all the coins. The first versions of PascalCoin had a build in CPU miner so all the running wallets was mining. I really wonder why this feature was disabled and later removed completely. I think it would be better to let common users do the mining and to keep the pools out. But that's just my opinion.

New PascalCoin Build 1.5.4Source code at GitHub: https://github.com/PascalCoin/PascalCoinDownload windows installer and Linux binaries at SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pascalcoin/files/Upgrade is mandatory if using old versions (prior to 1.5)### Build 1.5.4.0 - 2017-03-15 - Added Network Timestamp Adjustment (NAT) to calc valid timestamps - Minimum 4 active connections to calc median used for NAT, otherwise use local timestamp - Based on IP's (to prevent a malicious IP timejacking, each IP is only used once) - Removed IP's and recalculated after disconnecting (to prevent malicious node connecting/disconnecting for timejacking) - New blocks will not be accepted if using future timestamp greater than NAT timestamp + 15 seconds (also, mantaining current protocol rule >= lastBlock.timestamp) - Network protocol fixed to 5-5 (Nodes with version prior to 1.5 will not be allowed) - Added protection for non included operations on a block, to prevent continuous sending. Only will resend operations once. - Bug #27 fixed: Invalid timestamp on FPC ( https://github.com/PascalCoin/PascalCoin/issues/27) - JSON-RPC - Method "getconnections" added "timediff" to know timestamp diff of node - Method "payloaddecrypt" added "unenc_hexpayload" result value with HEXASTRING of unencrypted payload - Fixed some "Random Memory access violation errors" bugs found caused by multithreading and disconnected nodes

You should get a marketing agent as well for your coin. Just like Amanda on Dash or similar and spread everything, especially PASC updates on Youtube, Blogs, facebook, twitter, reddit etc, if you want your coin go up! Better go get some services right now on fvrr It's a really good time to invest right now, because PASC is at it's bottom and can only go higher from here psst! Smart Investors know that. buy cheap sell high New PascalCoin Build 1.5.4Source code at GitHub: https://github.com/PascalCoin/PascalCoinDownload windows installer and Linux binaries at SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/pascalcoin/files/Upgrade is mandatory if using old versions (prior to 1.5)### Build 1.5.4.0 - 2017-03-15 - Added Network Timestamp Adjustment (NAT) to calc valid timestamps - Minimum 4 active connections to calc median used for NAT, otherwise use local timestamp - Based on IP's (to prevent a malicious IP timejacking, each IP is only used once) - Removed IP's and recalculated after disconnecting (to prevent malicious node connecting/disconnecting for timejacking) - New blocks will not be accepted if using future timestamp greater than NAT timestamp + 15 seconds (also, mantaining current protocol rule >= lastBlock.timestamp) - Network protocol fixed to 5-5 (Nodes with version prior to 1.5 will not be allowed) - Added protection for non included operations on a block, to prevent continuous sending.
