What if POKEMON GO let people earn Bitcoin?

Then everyone will start to play only pokemon go game and there will be a huge rush on tat game and after that gamblers will also redirec to that game, as it will be a non risky and easy way to earn bitcoin (money) online or we can say on any game

Yes, this will create more demand for btc since pokemon can be bought by it.  This will trade like cards where rare cards are sold by higher price.  This will bring in more interest to both party.  Pokemon go getting bitcoin enthusiast user and bitcoin getting pokemon go base user.  Indeed a good idea if implemented.

NO, it's a bad idea. Then many of the people will start abusing it and the core fo the game would be lost. It would become somewhat pay-to-win game.. and that's the worst that can happen to an online game.

I think the better question would be why don't these Pokemon coins match the game more closely.  It would take a little bit of effort and a little bit of planning, but with TX scripting you could develop a coin that only pays rewards on location.

Yeah. I think it won't be much as popular as COC. The reason why they were not able to add new content is that the app is already fully-packed of amazing features by the time it has been released. So what else can you add there? It's like the people were spoonfed with stuff and have been spoiled.

Yeah. I think it won't be much as popular as COC. The reason why they were not able to add new content is that the app is already fully-packed of amazing features by the time it has been released. So what else can you add there? It's like the people were spoonfed with stuff and have been spoiled.

We use the technology for a local Android app that worked to a fair degree.  I am sure there was a better way to do it.  But a coin, based on the game could include much of this in the wallet software and cut out a lot of the other scripting.

if there is a way to do some trading in these kinds of game, then there will also be a way of earning money with it and earning bitcoin is also becoming possible if you can find people who have bitcoin and willing to spend it. and this is already happening in so many other games like CS:GO, DOta2, LOL,...

and even if there is no trading implemented in the game, there are people who will find a way to monetize it like by gifting the item and taking the money or even starting an account and selling that and so many other ways.

Pokemon GO started like a real virus infecting people and media ) so if to add there bitcoin market it can help to promote bitcoin to people who would never be involved in bitcoin themselves. maybe BTC price will rise.

No I don't think that the users playing pokemon go will increase if bitcoin will be available there.
They have millions of users and in total bitcoin users arent near snd not all will play pokemon go.

Think we are better tying into virtual reality as a currency of choice rather than wasting time on a product that is here today gone tomorrow.
There are to many parties involved that have a history of not wanting to share either,so they would more likely create their own currency to compete or be the one and only.

I don't think the fad is over, people love pokemon, it's just that we are going now into winter so it's not as cool to go out in the sun. Once the good weather comes back, we will see people again with their phones trying to catch pokemon. Nintendo will try to keep it alive for a long time by adding new pokemons and so on, I think they can still keep doing it.

If I catch some one up against my fence and all I see is there cellphone light,they are lucky its not a baseball bat. Maybe you have a different concept of privacy or live in tighter residences. We had a problem with crackheads,so people in the neighborhood after dark tend to get scrutiny as my backyard is a park. Dawn to dusk rules are in effect.
Honestly it was a bit creepy how many people I was finding lurking about and it sometimes looked like they where taking photos of my neighbors,so I did take interest and my neighbor closes her blinds now that I pointed it out to her.

If that happens, I probably quit my job, pack up my things and travel across the world if every single footstep has a corresponding exchange for bitcoin  . With this fantasy, I can use more of my creative imagination. Lets say every pokemon has its own uniqueness and theres an equivalent bitcoin for that. Ofcourse trainers will go for the hunt. If you will ask me? All I can say is Gotta catch 'em all!, not only all but every pokemon I see. I will catch it.

It would be cool in the beginning i imagine, but the hype would fall off extremely fast. there would be tons of botters selling every pokemon for basically free and then everyone could own all the pokemon for as little as a few cents.

It would take the fun out of the game of finding the rare ones yourself, and would kill the game so i have to say its a pretty bad idea.
