Isn't Pokemon go sort of dying out? I played a lot when it first came out but it just sort of got boring there isn't anything to do. The Gym battles are absolutely stupid, a tapping game, no strategy involved at all. I would like it to be more like the game before we did anything about trading online. I don't think the game will last another year if it doesn't change fast.

lol although that seems like a pretty cool idea ( everyone would have the potential to earn some btc). it would render mining useless and the block chain would fall apart. It is dying, but many people including me still play it regularly. Mainly because i havent caught all of them yet. Once i do, im not sure if ill be opening the app every day.

Pokémon Go was a fad plain and simple. Niantic and Nintendo found a way to milk the Pokémon fans with a game that despite being innovative namely for the AR element, still provides a repetitive and very tedious gameplay. The daily grind is too much for me honestly and I have quit the game for a long time now. Nintendo don't like giving money away to their customers so allowing people to earn Bitcoin with their app is nearly impossible

Because the two companies do not provide the latest game or update about things that can give you a mood for those who play. Because a game will always be played if it always updates the best and fun

I think user will increase by 50% and all hopeless guys will start using bitcoin and start playing pokemon go. Even I don't play pokemon but if I could earn money through pokemon then definitely I would also start playing pokemon go.
If that happens,Pokemon Go will attract a new sets of players. Players who are quite techie that is only wants to earn bitcoin by playing. Me too I want to try I am not a fan of Pokemon Go anyway.

LOL, pokemon go was a big hype and in 2 months they lose a lot of users, how many still play this game? I see somewhere that they are trying to incentive people to play everyday. I think this game is already dead.

I think the Pokémon Go fad may already be dying out.
Some game maker could definitely incentivize a game with Bitcoin rewards, but they would have to generate money to give to the user, so you are talking about a game with a ton of popup ads or addons that cost money. Nothing is free. If you are earning a few cents the maker of the game is earning more. If you are okay with that then go ahead and play.

I don't play this game, but who created this Pokemon Go is earning money, no? And the game already has tons of players without pay them for it, so I think it makes no sense for game creators to start paying people to play it. Surely it would be nice for players, but it won't happen...

It can happen, some guys really spend money for games. A proof I can see is Steam accepting Bitcoin as a payment method. Using Bitcoin by gamers is actually win-win situation for both the gamer and the seller as they both exchange goods. Also it is happening now but not necessarily in Pokemon Go, I know games like Dota 2 has sellers which accept bitcoin for their in-game items.

I haven’t played pokemon go yet but I think it’s a nice idea to have a marketplace for gaming characters and that too in bitcoins. Although, I think one can sell his pokemon go account with all pokemons in it in exchange of bitcoins but there is no marketplace for such digital goods (one can try Bitcointalk marketplace section). I saw few offers in past to buy pokemon go account but I was not interested so I passed.

If that happens many people will sell their collected pokemon and they will earn using that. It is somehow good because people is enjoying catching pokemon while at the same time they are earning bitcoin.

Well, this is a great idea if pokemon go will let people earn. If this will happen more people or more bitcoin users will come to play pokemon and earn btc well.

The Pokemon Go hype is over. There have been millions of players when they started but now I don't see people talking or posting about it anymore. Maybe it's because of the bugs that they encountered, the failure of Pokemon Go's servers, and the inability to do player-vs-player battles. No matter what the reason is, Pokemon Go is now dead and adding a bitcoin feature to it won't resurrect the app.

I like this idea very much and wow! I just realized that it was said by Craig Wright, I love him. This is what he said in his twitter account: "We need a #cryptocurrency that's mined the same way you find Pokemon in Pokemon Go." Oh no! Not him! This is a "Parody Account". But that's a good idea though. Actually mining Bitcoin is like finding Pokemon in Pokemon Go in a way. Only in Pokemon Go the real people are finding real places and in mining the machines are finding solutions to complex problems.

I think that the pokemon go app will put the anonimity at risk, since it traces your area and your moves.

This game makes people addicted to caught pokemon, but what if instead of pokemon, you are required to caught poke monster with satoshi!wew!that was fun!if that happens, im sure!many people will discover bitcoins, many people will surely focus on collecting pokemon monster with satoshi or bitcoins. I hope the creator of this game will try to associats bitcoins with pokemon go.

Millions would find out about Bitcoin. Therefore, our price and user base would increase, mining hashing speed will go up and the news about Bitcoin would have been everywhere. We need some addictive thing like Pokemon GO with Bitcoin implemented in it.
