Read the fucking whitepaper....I hate questions which we have 3 times a day I did, and still haven't found where it says that devs will hold their share for 6 months. The closest official post I found is from Iconomi, pretty much at the beginning of this thread: 8m will be distributed to the team in the same way Ethereum did. This is for the team. We'll publish blog post about that as well. Addresses will be public and distribution will also be publicly known. And we'll set a rule that we can not sell anything before certain conditions are met. That way, you can be sure team members won't be dumping anything.

Distribution is in progress. Only distributed to 570 accounts till now, there are about 3500 accounts in total. You can't trade them now. They are locked at the moment. They would be unlocked on 25 October 2016.(acc. to Iconomi). I think 'Unverified' would be removed when they are unlocked.
