I am not sure if you guys are following FOREX markets. We had some pretty high USD price drop due to unfavorable economic forecasts.
It will cause some investors to shift power and buy BTC instead of USD. And We can already see it - BTC currently is ~$580.

very precise, forex something thing that rely solely on profits or even I consider that forex is a lottery gambling. All systems in the forex is absolutely the same as the lottery, much better if you want to trade then bitcoin is the solution of all these things. because the price rise and definitely definitely bitcoin down

Is the bitcoin price crashing? $500 is a huge drop for bitcoin.

Will the bitcoin price go lower than $500?

No the price of bitcoin isn't crashing. It's up over $130 so far this year. It rose by over $100 last year. In the last 6 years it's gone from under a dollar to around $580.

The closest thing to a "crash" was in 2014, the only year when the price actually fell. That year it fell by about $500 and it was indeed a huge drop. If you meant that a price of $500 represents a huge drop, you must be very short-sighted. It's only been over $500 for less than 3 months.

Will it go lower than $500 again? It's possible. It was below $500 less than 3 weeks ago.An unforseen event like the Finex hack, the Silk Road bust or the MtGox fiasco could send the price plummeting but it's unlikely to stay down for long.

In my opinion, it's as likely to reach an ATH as it is to stay below $500 for very long.

Just keep buying the dips. Anyone who didn't stock up on sub-$100 coins in 2013 and sub-$200 coins in 2015 missed great buying opportunities. In a couple of years we'll consider having failed to stock up on sub-$1000 coins to be a missed opportunity.

I'm not following forex markets but sometimes checking about forex and read about economic news, well dollar has drop but other currencies has rise and the price of bitcoin rise not because the dollar down. i never think bitcoin has connected with forex since the goverment still not accept existency of bitcoin.

I never tried that forex.. before i want to join in that site but the minimum deposit is very high.
Many people said that they are sucess in forex but didnt know if they are telling the truth we know many people here are making a lots of profit in trading.. so i think there are the same.

Things are still quite difficult to predict in the cryptocurrency market, you will be able to see that even the best specialists have made mistakes in the forecasts.

You're absolutely right comrade, for all things about the future we cannot do something that certainly or really. The absolute conditions for it from God and we can only follow and anticipate something according to we can make us worse. so also with the cryptocurrency, we can only save or utilize the crypto with trade or transaction . But if indeed you believe that bitcoin is going down, then you should keep it (if you have a good experience in the bitcoin) or you can sell it

Bitcoin has shown that it is much more resistant to crashes than it was a few years ago.
The "drop" that people are talking about was actually a slight bubble a few weeks after the last halving.
The price will probably go up slowly.

The only way I can see the price going below $500 is if BTC is totally dead.
Unless we see another coin become so popular that it overthrows Bitcoin, I'm sure that buying coins now is at least a decent investment.

That's why don't stress ourselves with the possible scenarios but rather just take closely the price watch in order to avoid regrets and mistakes.

And besides we already known that bitcoin price movement is really unpredictable so most of the bitcoin users already used to it.

Even if price falls below $500 in coming days, that doesn't mean that bitcoin is dead or its an end of bitcoin, it has an potential to bounce back and  bitcoin will not be replaced so easily.

And what exactly would cause that price drop? Because I didn't heard about any significant news which could cause further drop.
I don't think that Baidu ban is that crucial for global bitcoin market and US economic data are not that impactful at all.

I don't think bitcoin can go that low this year, because it is getting more popularity, day after day, and there are people buying it in big amount. You can see that they surely know Bitcoin is going to become ever more strong over time.

Look at the price of BTC right now. It is above $600. If this trend will continue we won't see $500 this year.
Unless something like Bitfinex fail happens  again.

At the moment the Bitcoin is at around $600 which is a pretty good think but I thought that the Bitcoin would be a bit higher.
I still think that at the end of the year the Bitcoin will reach $1000.

It's unlikely for bitcoin to go down again to 500. Couple reasons would be overtaking of an alt coin, big hacking fiascos or a major interest drop in bitcoin (but that's caused by the previous explained events). From now on I think alot of interesting things are going to happen and we should watch closely.

Its nice to see the bitcoin price above $600 again.

I have been watching bitcoin for many years now and from my experience I think it will be long before we see $800.

Maybe bitcoin have stable price right now is not getting lower to $500. 500$ lower is hard now because i think december is near and the price of bitcoin getting higher now and that is a good sign that bitcoin can not down in 500$. Very soon the bitcoin price reach the we want.

Now bitcoin is continuously stable at 560 - $600, But also it doesn't mean that bitcoin go down at least $500, it will be started to increase within few weeks, but i think it is a good chance to buy the bitcoins, because when bitcoin price will going up than we can get profit from it. So don't take tension, bitcoin never go back under $500.
