Are you sure of what you are talking about? Initially, it used to take up to 48 hours but it looks like ardeva is down. I applied for home address verification more than 2 months ago and up to now it still say 'pending verification'. Looks like there is something wrong with ardeva.

My Other verifications took less than 3 days but when it came to my address they have taken 3 weeks now. You may be right as they may be down at the moment
Contacting them is useless as they never reply

Very true, I have sent a tonne of messages to them but there has been no reply. on btcpop.co they have an announcement that ardeva is under maintenance. I don't know what kind of maintenance takes more than three months. Its better we re told that the site is nolonger working.

It's not ardeva. The problem must be because of the documents you submitted. It is best f you send them a clear or even better scans of your documents to speed up the verification. I newr encountered any problem with them taking too long to verify and they do respond on my email support.
