Or dump private key (dumpprivkey) in console

 then import it to new wallet ( importprivkey

I've updated my home wallet to the newest but now I noticed the coin is completely changed... so now i have coins in my old wallet and nothing in the new one.   How do we convert them?

Ok, is it possible to send from the old wallet (with an address starting with "S") to the new wallet (with addresses starting with "H") ?

Just found out myself, it is not possible. But doing a private key export in old wallet and import in new wallet worked.  Thanks.

Shilling coin core v1.16.4 network is running well though most of the notary (mining) community is not receiving rewards for there payment processing fee as it should be, am here to assure them not to be alarmed and feel conned.
The reason coursing this hold of funds is due to our comply of segwit activation. We have been activating segwit currently at "status": "locked_in" and its a slow unavoidable precess. We beg for your patience during this times but still insist that funds mined or transfered within the network during this period are safe and can only be accessible once process shifts from "LOCKED IN" to "ACTIVE"
