I can see a scroll bar shows up in the bottom in most threads, and I can't see full topics without using the scroll bar.
Here is a picture to show what happens on my laptop.
(all browser extensions are disabled in incognito mode so it is not browser extension doing this.)

This is very annoying and only happens in this forum. Sad
My laptop has display resolution of 1366 x 768 (maximum available), is this a problem?

This is not happening on some threads though.
(in the picture below there is no scroll bar in the bottom, not sure why.)

Edit:
Just clicked some more threads, and I know what is happening!
It is caused by "SatoshiGames" AD, it is too wide, so the scroll bar shows up. Sad
Can you fix this?

Edit2:
Found out SatoshiGames bought 5 of 9 AD slots.
That means it effects 50% of all threads if I read it right.
It is gonna be a bad time for me.

You are saying that this only happens on pages on which the SatoshiGames AD is being shown (as in, it is fine with all other ADs and on pages where their AD is not shown)? I'm not sure whether this breaks the auction rules for ADs because your width is lower than the one specified:
Quote
Ads must appear 3 or fewer lines tall in my browser (Firefox, 900px wide)
In any case, I've sent a message to theymos.

I don't think it's the ad that's the problem. For some reason, it looks like the font size in OP's ad is large when it shouldn't be (on the logos and such) which probably causes it to break out of it's intended area. For example, if you look at what OP sees:

Compared to what I see (and how the ad is intended to look):

You can see that each small picture made up of characters is not sized correctly, causing the ad to malfunction.

Yes, only happens with SatoshiGames Ads.

Can I ask what browser are you using?
I am using Google Chrome 52.0.2743.116 m (64bit), this is the latest version available for me.

When taking that screenshot I was using Firefox 48.0. I have also tested it on Google Chrome Version 37.0.2062.120 and the ad shows correctly while not logged in as a newbie and logged out, in addition to Chrome on Android where the font size is also correct (though the ad is broken regardless).

Now using Firefox 44 and have no issue with ADs again.
Looks like it is Google Chrome's bug, hope someone can confirm.

Version 52.0.2743.116 is what I'm using as well. The sizing of the window could be a possible problem with the fonts (though it shouldn't change the size of it)

I also went into developer tools in Google Chrome to test on your resolution (1366x768) and everything was fine: http://prntscr.com/c91kf2

I confirm that "Satoshigames.io" advertisement creates same problem for Safari users on Mac OSX (older versions).

I figure out what caused this.
It is something to do with font settings with Google Chrome.
I found that my "Minimum font size" is not at its minimum
(It was 12px before I changed it, now 6px.)
(not sure why, I am pretty sure that I didn't touch this setting before.)
But even though I changed minimum font size to its minimum, the Ads still looks not correct (compare to other's pictures).

But it is a good thing that scroll bar at the bottom is now solved.

By the way: Google has announced that starting sometime in January 2017 it will start penalizing in their search results pages that require horizontal scrolling to read the text. To avoid penalization pages should properly reformat to be readable on most desktop and mobile screens.
