Here I am going to keep an updated list of Bitcoin casinos. If you know of any site that is not here, please let me know and I'll add it.

Site  Status  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Announcement  Comments
Betcoin.ag  PAYING  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Link  Refused to pay a jackpot because it was won during free spins.
This was against their Terms. Player reached a settlement with them. Reference

Cloudbet  PAYING  CASINO  SPORTS      Link  *Some players report not receiving their payments until they
actively open a Scam Accusation against them. Reference #1, Reference #2, Reference #3

999dice  SCAM        DICE  Link  Not provably fair (and they claim they are). Reference

Betcoin.tm  SCAM  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Link  Does not pay out winnings. Reference #1, Reference #2

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This list is not meant to be your only resource to help fight scams while using bitcoin casinos. Make sure you do your own research before depositing into any site. This includes googling the site and reading the last few pages of their BitcoinTalk.org announcement threads.

I'm not sure if there is already a thread for this but great idea if not.

Betcoin.ag may be paying out everyday wins but reading about the guy that won a jackpot during free spins and not being paid out in full has put me off them for life.
He was even betting max which is way out of my price range (probably my bankroll per spin) and their site did not specify that the jackpot could not be won during free spins.

Thanks a lot. I will add them now.

Do you have a link? That'd be extremely worrying at least - making excuses not to pay big wins. Some casinos do indeed have limits of free winnings on free spins, but if they don't then they outright stole from him.

EDIT: it seems they reached a settlement: http://thepogg.com/complaint/betcoin-ag-progressive-jackpot-was-not-paid-for-winning-spin/

Shall I add them with a note?

there a lot of similar thread like this , but feel free to create a new one as long as it has real different topic.

for example , this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326821.0 discussed about bitcoin scam sites including bitcoin casino , you can refer to that thread to create your own casino scam list. goodluck.

This is a good idea, but i will like to add that the list should not just be updated as soon as someone makes an allegation. I think there should be a sublist which will represent pending that the site admin or representative can respond within a period of time before being moved to the list of scam sites. This will give room for proper understanding of what actually transpired between both parties... My opinion though...

This was my idea, however so far all the sites that have been brought up are obvious scams. For example, in the case of 999dice, the fact that the intentionally generate the hash after knowing the bet details couldn't be any more obvious.

Of course, for other accusations where nothing has been proven and there has been no scam accusation thread (so the other party can defend themselves) it will only stay as "pending" or something like that.

As far as I know they have not paid him the full amount but they reach an agreement and jasonort has been paid just a bit more of 100 btc but I am not sure. There is a big thread in the scam accusation section of the forum which you can find valuable data for betcoin.ag and specifically this case.
Even if he did receive 100btc it is many hundreds of bitcoins short of what he should have received.
The slot was provided by BetSoft who provide many of the slots at bitcoin and other Internet casinos.
I would like to know if the rule of not winning the jackpot during free spins was passed onto betcoin.ag before this incident or not, at least if we knew that i would know wso i know who's side to take.
(Sorry to hijack your thread, i will try to find another place to ask these questions)

It seems no such rule existed beforehand. Have a look here, he posted all the transcripts to their forum:

https://www.betcoin.ag/non-payment-jackpot-glam-life-my-support-ticket-transcript

(this was before they reached the settlement). So I consider it a SCAM. It's obviously Betcoin.ag's fault for not knowing how their provider's games work, so they promised a win that couldn't exist in that situation.

Hijack? We're trying to make a decent list of scammers. If we don't discuss about who is and who isn't one, how are we supposed to do it? Smiley

Thats right no rule at betcoin existed before this incident so they were at fault, but was it that they did not read the terms and conditions of the game from BetSoft and therefore fucked up 100% or did BetSoft not tell betcoin that the jackpot could not be won during the free spins?

If BetSoft did tell betcoin.ag about the clause then why did they involve themselves with this case, just because the game was played on their servers?
Maybe they just provide great support but it just seemed strange to me.

They do state "Hello jasonort, we sent this to the software provider for review and we are reviewing it internally. There are a few reasons why this may happen including this was a free spin or bonus round which was not mentioned here but we will see what the software provider states very shortly."

So I'say they knew.

I would suggest adding a note in the op for any sites not covered in the list.

"If You are new to gambling and don't know about a particular site being a scam or not. Then do you own research by googling the name and going to the ANN thread on btctalk and looking at the last few comments on the thread to see the state of the site"

Okay, waiting for other's opinions on this one, since it doesn't involve the casino bets themselves.

I would suggest adding a note in the op for any sites not covered in the list.

This is a great idea. I will add something like this.

Nice idea to make list about not paying or scam casinos. I support idea, and I hope this can be useful to everyone who wish to gamble with bitcoins.
I followed a bit situation around betcoin.ag, seems that in the end betsoft made a deal with Jason. I'm not sure what happened there, casino said its betsoft mistake, some members here accused betcoin.ag. Last I remember is that Jason got some money from them, I'm not sure how much.
I recommend that every information be checked twice, with bad reputation we can harm some site without any need for that.
