As far as I know they have not paid him the full amount but they reach an agreement and jasonort has been paid just a bit more of 100 btc but I am not sure. There is a big thread in the scam accusation section of the forum which you can find valuable data for betcoin.ag and specifically this case.
Even if he did receive 100btc it is many hundreds of bitcoins short of what he should have received.
The slot was provided by BetSoft who provide many of the slots at bitcoin and other Internet casinos.
I would like to know if the rule of not winning the jackpot during free spins was passed onto betcoin.ag before this incident or not, at least if we knew that i would know wso i know who's side to take.
It seems no such rule existed beforehand. Have a look here, he posted all the transcripts to their forum:

https://www.betcoin.ag/non-payment-jackpot-glam-life-my-support-ticket-transcript

(this was before they reached the settlement). So I consider it a SCAM. It's obviously Betcoin.ag's fault for not knowing how their provider's games work, so they promised a win that couldn't exist in that situation.
Thats right no rule at betcoin existed before this incident so they were at fault, but was it that they did not read the terms and conditions of the game from BetSoft and therefore fucked up 100% or did BetSoft not tell betcoin that the jackpot could not be won during the free spins?

If BetSoft did tell betcoin.ag about the clause then why did they involve themselves with this case, just because the game was played on their servers?
Maybe they just provide great support but it just seemed strange to me.
The payout structure of the game "the Glam Life" is directly stated in the paytable of the game and provided by Betsoft. Free spins were not excluded in the paytable of the game and were therefore eligible for the jackpot.

Who owes the jackpot is explained here: https://game-protect.com/betsoft-scam/

There is no juridical valid settlement, they owe the full jackpot. Therefore, betcoin.ag and Betsoft is clearly a scam!

Thinking about adding CoinRoyale. There seems to be zero support which leads to situations like this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1603185.0

Have you read that thread thoroughly? Finally, admin realised his mistake and doubled his deposit means player made 100% profit just for waiting few days without playing anything.

I agree the support is quite bad nowadays but that is not to say that site is a SCAM. Admin didn't run with money, but he has delayed deposit and compensated for his mistake.

Why, there is only four sites in the list? you should have to put about all so that we know that where to play and where to not. you should have to invite everyone to help you in collecting that list.

You mean adding trustable sites as well? I will consider it. Sounds like a great idea.

You are right listing 4 casinos is really not enough and its really limited, much better to contribute all of members here so that the list would be filled and would really benefits us all because if we do have a list we could make a preference in future regarding on what game wed like to play.

They are excluded from Game Protect consumer protection service, because they hide the operator and commit the criminal offense of fraud since years!

BetBTC.co state on their website " Licensed in San Jose, Costa Rica", but they do not state who is licensed in Costa Rica and they also do not state the operator of the website in their alleged terms and conditions = misrepresentation!

I informed BetBTC to fix this misrepresentation, but they had no interest. You can read it here.

Interesting. I personally don't care much about licenses or TOS. But I am 100% sure they faked their dice bets/stats too to make it look like they are 1 of the most popular dice sites. See reference. Note that I made a pretty decent analysis of their bet data that I never shared (as I rather use the same method for other sites too), so my "proof" is definitely more than in my topic.

Seems they have a habit of misrepresenting things. I personally wouldn't be able to conclude they are a scam though, even though I think faking stats/bets is bad.

Thank you for your input, think will write an article.

Misrepresentation is a criminal offense! The problem is that they can build up their business over years (implying their identity would be known) and then make an exit scam.

However, they are now excluded from Game Protect consumer protection service, so I personally do not care what they are and what not and if people love to drive without an insurance, it is basically their problem and not mine. Smiley

The site is down but you gotta becareful because he in the past ran another scam site. We caught him because he reused the same wallet with a different change address. But next time he might be even more careful.

I believe the info here about 999dice is out of date.  The reference is from 2 years ago, and if anyone bothered to check the site, the hash is now displayed before each bet WITHOUT needing to hit a button.  As far as I can tell, the problem has been addressed, and the site is fair.

Here I am going to keep an updated list of Bitcoin casinos. If you know of any site that is not here, please let me know and I'll add it.

Site  Status  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Announcement  Comments
Betcoin.ag  PAYING  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Link  Refused to pay a jackpot because it was won during free spins.
This was against their Terms. Player reached a settlement with them. Reference

Cloudbet  PAYING  CASINO  SPORTS      Link  *Some players report not receiving their payments until they
actively open a Scam Accusation against them. Reference #1, Reference #2, Reference #3

999dice  SCAM        DICE  Link  Not provably fair (and they claim they are). Reference

Betcoin.tm  SCAM  CASINO  SPORTS  POKER  DICE  Link  Does not pay out winnings. Reference #1, Reference #2

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This list is not meant to be your only resource to help fight scams while using bitcoin casinos. Make sure you do your own research before depositing into any site. This includes googling the site and reading the last few pages of their BitcoinTalk.org announcement threads.

Thank you for this and great idea for this thread by the way. This will be a great help to all who might want to use their money and to try their luck in earning bitcoin through casinos. Earning bitcoin through casino sites is not guaranteed but sometimes it is worth the try. I just hope that this thread and this list will be updated since some members have already given their reviews and share some experiences regarding the bitcoin casinos. There are mentioned casino sites  that are not on the first list created which are also scams and not paying.

This is good ! We must name and shame these thieving bastards. Winning in gambling is difficult enough then they won't pay up ? Winning is very rare and they make massive amounts of btc before they suffer a loss. Even though it's still so rare we must still fight with the casino for what is rightfully ours. I mean like winning wasn't enough now this. They should be happy to just pay they make lots.

I know right, this kind of gambling sites that are scamming players shouldn't be here in the crypto world in the first place, because just like what you have said, it is not that easy to win in gambling, because most of the time we lose, and we are always playing fair, so they should be fair also by not fooling people, convincing us to gamble in their site saying that they are legit but the truth is they are not.

In order to avoid being scam, of course we should also investigate their backgrounds, like if they do really pays their players something like that, for our time not to be wasted on playing.

We have the same thoughts, posting this this list with scam gambling sites would be a great help for others to avoid losing their money. It will be a great help to prevent us or to give some idea in choosing your gambling sites.

There is a lot of people that are being scammed everyday because of being greedy about money, they just want to earn money in an easy way which is not possible since we are talking gambling here, it is possible if we are going to do it in the other way around, I mean, those ways that we could earn bitcoin in a safe way, like doing this Signature Campaign, and Trading, which we could really earn big if we are just going to be patience about it.

Nice idea to make list about not paying or scam casinos. I support idea, and I hope this can be useful to everyone who wish to gamble with bitcoins.
I followed a bit situation around betcoin.ag, seems that in the end betsoft made a deal with Jason. I'm not sure what happened there, casino said its betsoft mistake, some members here accused betcoin.ag. Last I remember is that Jason got some money from them, I'm not sure how much.
I recommend that every information be checked twice, with bad reputation we can harm some site without any need for that.

Correct, since everyone is asking a lot of things like this because some of the gambling sites out there are scamming most of us, though it is just rare to a gambling site that could be a scam in the end because their Developers are running of with all their money that is why they are always ending bankrupt and other people thought that they did it on purpose, but the truth is, they didn't.

Of course before we accuse a certain gambling site that they are a scam, then we must need proof, because it could be a mess, if we are just going to accuse a gambling site without a solid proof.

they will always have a very short lifetime. they never can stay around for a long term because there are always a lot of good observant members who go through everything in details and check to see what these sites are really doing in the background and will report it to the public.
and the bigger the sites are the more people will check them.
you can see the scam accusation board for the list of all of these sites. go to old pages and see how long did it take for them to disappear when the scam accusation is for real.
