Thanks to every contributors here, i have just tried gmx but despite their complex registrations they denied new registrations.
I think the email service thing really worth our time because is the primary contact of everybody that replaces a traditional letter.

it must be your ip or something else, i am a gmail user in my exprience gmail is the fastest than other and it's more secure, if your account always ask for 2 factor authentication make sure to deactivated your vpn or just open that account in your real ip, anyway i didn't submit phone number for verification purpose, since i always lost my number. some ip has limited for new account to bypass that they need you to provide number phone for verification purpose.

as long as you are using the well knows email providers like gmail or yahoo which has been around for a long time you shouldn't worry about receiving emails and in case you did not receive it, contact the sender (the exchange or whatever sent you the email) because it is their fault and the bug in their system.

Honestly we have to be worried about receiving emails because some emails are for one time pin financial account verification which must be used in less than 15 minutes delay in receiving this might make it to expire.

well i recommend you to use outlook or yandex if you dont want to use gmail,the best amongt them is outlook because you'll receive an email instantly just like gmail,but with yandex it's sometimes having delay but easy to use and you'll not bothered with any kind of account locking or etc,but i guess outlook have far less restriction than gmail and the best

Are you in Korea? Try signing up for a VPN or just use tor and gmail.

Unless we are not talking about microsoft outlook here, i have tried that severally on my pc without any success but i dont like hotmail for the reason best known to me.

The best email services for me? maybe? Gmail or Microsoft Outlook, I already try yahoo and hotmail but it's slow if I compared to Gmail and Outlook services, also in terms of clean ads the best is Gmail.

Mail.com is not a new service in fact it is as old as gmail but less popular, this service also have some limitations and somehow related to hotmail.

Have you checked your spam folder? You can sign up at tutanota, although the log-in code is usually sent to the spam folder form what I've read so far.

Yandex.Mail maybe?

You can choose when registering between using phone verification or just secret question.

gmail is much better than yandex.Alternativly you can also try outlook if you dont have gmail although creating gmail only takes 10 mins
