Right if you don't have control on your greed then it is impossible to make a profit in gambling. The greedy is a dangerous thing in gambling if you do not control this it will make your wallet empty within few minutes. As as Far as I can manage I am trying to control my emotions when gambling there is just some instances where I really like to get back what I kost that makes me gamble more money in my pocket not realising that I already loss all my money including my savings, Until now I am doing my best to control myself in gambling I think setting allowance per week in gambling helps me to control myself

Actually, you have to control your emotions when you are in loose, yup if you not control your emotions when you are in win then no issue, but you must control when you are in loose. If you can't, you will lose all your savings in a single day. This is hard to control, but you must you don't have other options. I don't think having control over yourself when you gamble  would amount to winning though you can definitely avoid big losses that way. I agree that discipline is one of the most important aspects if you'd consider gambling because gambling is something that involves money. Yeah prevention is better than cure that's why when you are addicted already that's where the problem is coming out. It we have no control into something, it will make our life really difficult not just in gambling. Like if we have no control in spending our money, we might buy things we don't need necessarily. Of course you can control yourself while play gambling, its impossible you cannot control yourself into it. unless your out of your mind while playing it, or your so addicted in gambling which is called vices.
