I deposited yesterday and made 2 bets. Unfortunately for me both lost, but my impression is good so far.
Odds are decent and interface is simple. Support is answers fast.
As you want a feedback, here is what can be improved at first:
- Security: Allow special chars for passes - SAD&*AuhgHAD!&^3j
- Security: Save PIN at least hashed. When somebody like me forgot it, to have an option to reset it, but not knowing it. Anyway and hashing 4 digits are very easy brutforces
- Games: Add staring time somewhere at Games tab. Now I need to browse all games to understand when they start and then choose on what to bet. Which is annoying.
- Games: Increase betting limits: now your limits are behind all major bitcoin bookies by 5-50x
- Games: Add more games. Now seems to have periods of over 12 hours when use cannot bet on anything.
- FAQ: Add FAQ with main betting rules. For examples yesterday there was only MLB to bet on and 2 soccer games. How do you treat your MLB games? As you are naming pitchers, what happens if they don't start? As half of bookies don't care other half are pushing those bets. How to claim bonus, stuff like that.

Thanks for your feedback Tstar. To address your feedback:- Security :: Special characters can be used in injection attacks and we cannot allow that.
- Security :: The PIN is only a quick verification, if you walk away from your computer, someone can't place bets or withdrawal your funds. It's not meant to secure your account. Having a strong password will prevent this. All accounts are logged out periodically to ensure security of your account.
- Games :: Expiry of games, Yes we understand your frustration on this. We've started adding only games the day of kickoff. This greatly reduces the number of games and events listed. In the footer it does display the next 5 events to be played. Maybe extend on this? Have page sorted by kickoff?
- Games :: Max bets -- Yes, we need to watch this closely. Over the past few days we've started raising the max bets on popular games. We can't open this up too quickly and have someone clean us out. We're here for the long run and can't jeopardize our position.
- Games :: Duration of new games -- If we add games too far in the future we need to baby the odds. We don't have the time to do this. Odds change so often and we've been caught out offering odds much higher than everyone else. Again, this comes back to longevity of our site. We need to mitigate risks and adding games too far into the future is a risk for us. We will add games and adjust odds within a short period only.
- FAQ :: Yes, that's a brilliant idea. We will do this soon. There's standard betting rules that apply, but not eveyone knows these. So to avoid confusion and frustration we should list them. For example, in MLB, if named pitchers don't start, the game is ruled a push.
- Bonus :: This has now been automated, no need to message us. Just claim and place bets.
