If I recall it correct - you've stated few pages back that every one could claim as many bonuses as he wants.
And it's not about the bonus at all - I was one of your biggest players (I guess - hhhheater) before you f*cked your bet sizing and all. For 5-6BTC deposits I have used only about 0.088 bonus or something like that. Also I have the right to claim x10-x20 more.

Check us out, compare us to the big guys, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Why you have new Under/Over markets which are closing 3-4 hours before the real kick off and with 6.5% margin? And even on 6.5% margin we could place only 50mBTC. Why should I choose you anymore? The so called "big guys" are offering 2%-3% spread and limits x10-x100 of you.

Fiat bookies won't ban the users like uou said, their betting limit is very high, and everyone tries to win the bonus is a normal behavior, if you don't like them, you just cancel the program.

We still have very low margins on Head to Head games, especially the football and NHL.
Check the odds against other bookies, you'll find they're the best.

If you think that players are exploiting your bonus - remove it. But fix margin and limits. I gave you an example - with my account and turnover I've could claim over a 1BTC bonus, but I didn't.
At his point, as a player, your bookie is worthless for me. With 6-8% margin and 20-50mBTC max bet.
