Being new and all, I can't ask this question anywhere else. I tried looking it up with search but none seem to be experiencing the problem I am facing.

About 10 days back I purchased some bitcoins through blockchain.info's SMS payment service.
Until this day still I haven't recieved anything. I've had this happen before and the last time I was able to get a hold of customer support. This time however I am not getting a response, even after 10 days.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Did I wait to long and lose my btc?

I've seen a user named piuk help a few people out, in case he/she notices this. This is my

Thanks in advance.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

you should try some add sites that send you very little amount of bitcoins for watching their adds , that will tell you if its working.

I am not sure that's the same problem I am dealing, I've used their SMS payment system lots of times, but this time it didn't seem to work and I still haven't gotten a response from Blockchain.info support
It still says I need to wait for a member to be assigned to my support ticket, but it's been 12 days now.  So I am kinda getting worried.
