So my money was sent, I see my order in their order page, is on-hold normal?

But no confirmation or anything..

The coins I sent now have 295 confirmations, so transfer went through.

All of the orders that I paid for say "processing"

All of the orders I didn't pay for say "on hold"

So... something is definitely wrong in your transaction. I'd contact Bitsyncom directly, hope you get it worked out. :\

Write to bitpay, copy avalon, include your bitpay payment address, and avalon order number. Bitpay is very helpful. I had to do the same, since coinbase transaction was really slow and before they posted the outgoing transaction, the 15 mins window at bitpay was over. I double checked that everything was ok.

Did you receive confirmation email from info@avalon-asic.com on orders that have obtained status "Processing" after successful payment at bitpay.com?

I'm a little bit worried as far as i've got one for unpaid order http://goo.gl/mIbs8 and silence for paid one.

Yes, same here. I did not get any email at all, other than processing status in the account.

I have the same problem.  I used coinbase so the transaction didn't go through before the 15 min. window and now my order with avalon is showing as on-hold.

I emailed bitpay and they verified the transaction did go through, but avalon hasn't updated there system.

I have emailed avalon, Yifu and filed a support ticket with avalon and have not heard anything back from them.

I would just like to now if the transaction is going to go through or get my bitcoins back please!

I had the same problem with batch 2, but it was changed to processed the next day.

This appears to be true, I'm still waiting on my Avalon batch 1 unit because of this. Undecided

But Yifu promised to correct this mistake and ship my unit first thing on Monday.

I guess for batch 3 everyone has either on-hold, or processing. Does anyone have completed yet ?

I dont think its too early, better to fix problems now than when they start shipping like a couple folks with their Batch 1 orders.

at this point we dont know if there is a problem. maybe they just need to manually confirm the orders or something.

all batch 1 orders are either pending or completed, since it's being shipped.

my first order Re: order 200000176. I paid for it in time, your system does  not  recognize the payment, and you cancel my order without notice. after my letter order was restored under the number  200000870 and put me in the end of the line.

support avalon don't ask my question 3 day
and you don't ask me 6 day

Please give an answer to my question.
