Short 5-10 minute survey that pays $25. Medicaid/Medicare don't qualify, and neither do employer-provided plans. The survey asks questions about purchasing health insurance and your experience with the insurance marketplace. You will also be required to submit a copy of your insurance card as proof that you have it. The survey is designed to be a referral survey as well, so you also get $25 for anyone you refer that is eligible and takes the survey - minimum $75 for the payout of referral bonuses.

It will not work on VPN because it requires to submit a copy of your insurance card as a proof. You can fill the survey via VPN but how would you submit the card  Wink

Yeah you're correct, maybe you can fake the 2nd posts survey using VPN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1599591.msg16066451#msg16066451

Interested in trying this out, Has anyone else given this a shot yet ? Any risks I would be running by giving up my current insurance provider information ?
