3.Does the forum really needs to be advertised here since it doesn't feature bitcoins at all?

A forum admin itself will not be able to afford to pay his users. So, expecting a forum to pay for its posters in the beginning days itself is completely meaningless. Once it get established with its registered members base, we could expect some advertisers to sponsor posters for giving advertisements to them.

There's no guarantee for them to be successfull even though they are  doing some paid to post or anything giveaways in their furom since i've seen that many furom attempor does that kind of promotion but turn out to be failed for their what so called business, but for OP if he really like to gain more success i think he should try more innovative ways just to attract more people to stay and do sone unique updates and informative boards to gain the attention of people.

The forum doesn't have much activity except in sections like New sites and Downline builder. There should be a Currency Exchange section and Marketplace as every forum does have them. As there are too many ptc forums, it would be better to have some contests or social media campaigns (like twitter, facebook campaigns and a facebook group) to improve the activity.

Is your forum even moderated? I skimmed briefly through general discussion section just to encounter posts like these:

"لعبة بوكيمون" - whatever that means;"P‘PsC‚PёPSP" - post with some random characters or spam bot generated post about Levitra (some kind of drug?)

Not exactly the best first impression.

I think you should consider introducing something like that to high valued posters. Cause after all, why would I or any other user of this forum simply switch there, start using another forum? Just to boost your Alexa rating? Well, I do not think so. Also, if you do not trust your forum enough to spend money in order to develop it, why would I waste my time there.

Signature campaign might be helpfull but i think it dont give them any guarantee to get successfull result since if they do that the bitcointalk will still get the benifit for running those one, and i think the best thing he could do for now is do some social campaigns and so by this doings he can scattered his site on those people who wants to seek some furom to stay, and hardworks for this kind of site is badly needed since the bitcointalk furom is a giant competitor on this kind of industry.

That Alexa rank is not something to write home about, you wait untill you reach the rank of about 10,000 before you start brag about your alexa rank because that is the minimum rank that is considered for a side to have decent flow of traffic.

Good site and i think this is still new forum and few posted thread are there..
Good rankings and many post there are already in index.. and i think the site is old but i think you are just continue this site.. that increases the alexa rankings and semrush rankings.. well i think you can try to promote this forum start a paying per post like here signature campaign but in your forum you should pay only for making a good thread like tutorials and usefull information before they get paid.. so that more thread more  people can seen your site.. after index in google search engine..
