Or he could also be a collateral scammer. There have been a handful of collateral scams in the past.

If you read the above thread its plain as day this guy is just another scammer.  From the thread above see the posts from those which were created and within minutes claiming all is well and only having the 1 post.

This definitely is a collateral scam attempt because 10% of the loan amount isn't going to do him any good in case of a default.

When something looks atractive and too nice, its almost for sure a 100% attempt to scam, soo we will repay when we can, as long we send a colateral above 10% meaning, he will sell the colateral and moove on.
