The name bytecoin is already taken. So what are you going to do about that?  Roll Eyes

We want to ask the community whether we should launch the Genesis block in the morning of April 1 or in the evening.

Suggestions are welcome!

What happens to your CPU when someone hits it with an ASIC?  If it is the same as Bitcoin, there is nothing stopping them.  LiteCoin is the better solution for making CPU mining viable.

Either way best of luck.

It's more about how bitcoin is extremely difficult to mine AND very expensive to buy.

In other words noob, you want to mine bitcoins? You need to spend thousands on equipment.
You want to buy bitcoins? Each one is 90 dollars...

Bytecoin solves both of these problems.
In other words, Bytecoin will be easy to mine by the very few miners mining it, and each Bitcoin will have very little value because hardly anyone will use it.

Bitcoin is difficult to mine and very valuable right now because it is actually used by a lot of people.

I suppose then it does not matter for European miners, because the launch will hit either in the evening or the 2nd of April morning Wink

We will launch sometime tomorrow, in the meantime, anybody wants to buy
100,000 BTC? Cash only in New York.

I will settle for 800,000 USD if we settle in the next 3 days. Cheers!!

Bytecoin. The future.

I say morning. The faster the new paradigm takes off the better.

I think bitcoin as IS already does a good job of confusing everybody. We are here to confuse the government. Don't get it confused.

This is such a bad idea...
Some/ anyone with hardware ready to mine btc would tear the crap out of this "new" reboot of it, There is no infastructer, Who ever has the strongest ASIC gets to double spend

Introducing new currency: Bytecoin
June 11, 2011, 06:20:56 PM

Same concept as Bitcoins but they are worth 8 times more, so they are 8 times better. Discuss.

I hate enjoy calling you Troll Maria and Maria 2.0 just because "she/he/whatever" makes fun of Venezuela every time she writes a post. So go fool yourself with a towel but let Venezuelans alone, you don't deserve to even name us.
