What is the point of doing a coin, the developer of which has long forgotten about it? Is there a community? Hardly. A trade on Yobit - there is no delisting.

Yobit exchange is a house for scam coins and their you can see lot of coins running where their real developer have run away and yobit scam them buy pump and dump trading. So i think same will happen to this coin also.

This coin may not yet be registered on Coinmarketcap.com yet, but it is on Cryptocompare.com. The Blockchain is active aswell, I was able to transfer some coin from yobit to coinexchange successfully in a fairly timely fashion. #ThereIsMuchHope

As a word of good towards the ambitions of the project SaveTheOceancoin: I have gathered a majority share of this coin with the original intent of making money with it as it spiked, as we all do... I did research before investing, as is wise, and noticed that the coins original dev kinda hopped ship after launch. Since my initial investment in this coin months ago my motives have changed. From my recently gained advantaged scope I am now looking for a way to take over this coin as a continuous development, I have not yet made successful contact with the original development team but I have gathered a grander vision for the potential of this coin. My friends and I have brainstormed and willingly came to the conclusion that one practical solution this coin would be a fantastic vessel to promote would be the use of recycling and that glass replace plastic in beverage containers ect. We could also help fund developing technologies that simultaneously harness debris and energy, we could potentially work alongside currently established The Ocean Cleanup project or https://oceanconservancy.org. The Benefits of STO were finalized to function for Re-inspired mindfulness and promotion of glass vs plastic(w/facts n stuff). The fact of the matter is the worlds oceans provide for much of life on Earth, Natural tides like El Niño and La Niña are having effects beyond our measured predictability and we still have an island of plastic that floats the Pacific the size of the state of Texas. Whether we like it or not our material circumstances and the existential limits set by our finite planet force us to become global citizens. Likemindedly, that is the mission of Cryptocurrency as a whole aswell. SaveTheOceancoin may be in some rough waters, but I assure you that from this moment on I will dedicate much of my life to this and my commitment towards reigniting this seemingly abysmal project will become lit with success for those who understand my true compassion for protecting our planet. btw the blockchain is active, so it's got nodes in places somewhere Grin

Is this coin dead?

I'd say so, only three connections and not dev updates on wallet, website, etc....
The dude above, Spartan, good pitch, but save the ocean is a shit coin, just a copy of another shit coin. The whole save the ocean thing is a a poor pitch.

Dont buy this coin mine it, save ur BTC for real alt coins. The only decent place to mine it that I have found is: https://prohashing.com/

There's no reason why green peace or any other exsisting ONG cant launch their own official coin, or just accept BTC/LTC/BCH/etc....
