It is not only poor countries that can benefit from bitcoin. Most of us live in the digital world now and even if you are either from a poor or progressive country, we are going to encounter these digital currencies one way or another. It is up to us how we will benefit from what bitcoin offers to us. What can hinder people from third world countries is the lack of knowledge and proper infrastructure to educate them what's going in the cyrpto currency environment.

Education and knowledge, that is what's lacking to those people who don't benefit from bitcoin in poor countries. Usually people at this places, at young age they are already working and not just an ordinary work, a hard work, which means they are holding shovels and hammers and stretching their muscles the whole day. Most of them didn't want to go to school anymore when they already know how to earn, even in hard ways. But anyway, I think this days, primary schools already teach computer and things about it, that means that most of the new generations now, could benefit from bitcoin if they want to.

That's the truth about the poor countries, they have to start work early to help their families, plus this countries are constantly in some civil war and problems like that, how anyone can think about future growing in a country like this? Where you don't will live more than 50 years... It's hard to educate people in this countries.

That's the hard part, Several develop countires already banned Bitcoin like Russia and China, which are big players in driving prices. The demand will not depend on a country's government on recognizing Bitcoin or not, But it depends on how many companies will go far to accept Bitcoin as a mode of payment. If many companies accept Bitcoin then it will be no problem for its price to go up.

bitcoin could give a very important help for a poor country (and poor people). Because not all people in  a country have access to a bank account, and also if they can , they have a lot of taxes to pay yearly or for each tx!
Then no one could stop your bank account, no one could close it, and really important you can receive money from foreign country without any limitations and really fast, in a transparent way!

When more country already implement bitcoin, I'm sure bitcoin value will got increase at highest value that ever reach.
Sadly my goverment still not accept bitcoin meanwhile my country still category as develop country which may degreade into poor country

You don't need a government that "accept" bitcoin, because the network it's free and every one could use/adopt it.

China operates a giant firewall and draconian rules of what you can and cant do with government permission.  Its not 100% required that government allows it but it makes it alot easier if they dont stop its normal progress.

Plenty of people in the world do not have computers and internet or reliable electric supply.  Sometimes the city growth out strips the supply of power so it becomes common to have no way to keep upto date with the blockchain.   Thats not a 3rd world scenario just a developing world situation which is billions of people.

If bitcoin were pliable enough to still be useful to such people who also suffer from poor access to finance especially inexpensive services then you will find the network to be part of some of the fastest growth in the world

I think its very hard with bitcoin to help poor countries because the requirements of bitcoin is hard to provide specially for those poor people and the government not provide that requirements to those people in that poor country.

need to ensure that people in the first place education and medicine. These are the main factors that can lead poor countries out of poverty. Mainly special education, which will help develop the economy.

This is one of the most important things to consider when asking if blockchain technology can assist the 80% or so of the world that has 20% or so of the world's wealth.

Until bitcoin becomes more accessible and as you say pliable, the network will still be dominated by those who need it the least. A great example is to look at the only ones profiting now from mining.

I have read about startups and initiatives using blockchain for solutions in the developing world, but have yet to see any actual progress. It's disheartening at times to see how farther and farther the tech gap is widening.

Thus we can already say with certainty that the campaign to give bitcoin for poor countries is very wrong. Or you can even say that the one who will do it, most likely a swindler.

Yes online shopping mania, the reach of mobile phones and internet to the hands of every people are some supporting points for crypto currency's growth. This way bitcoin will support banking facility to all the people in poor countries who do not have a banks in their village.
Other than these, the earning opportunity around bitcoin ecosystem is the very big blessings to poor country people.

Yes definitely. Bitcoin is a revolutionary technology which is helping 1000s of financially poor guys like me. As bitcoin is providing me financial support upto 80% of my monthly expense comes from bitcoin only and test i get from dad and begin a 20 years old guy i feel ashamed to take money dad because it's time to give dad money but in the mean time i am asking money from dad. So bitcoin plays vital role in my life and I hope that poor guys could definitely take benefit from bitcoin.
Yes I agree with you, of course, Bitcoin can help poor people like me. I am a bitcoin users today. and I benefited greatly from the bitcoin. My life and my family is so mired in financial problems. when a friend gave information about bitcoin, my life is getting excited to dig revenue of bitcoin. so as to help the poor people who are curious about bitcoin knowledge. I think there should be action to change that fate.
Good job, most of us are here to make money because bitcoin is an investment and there's a lot of business that are using bitcoin. In addition, if you are just hard working enough you can do a lot of jobs here aside from trading and investing.

its true and i don't really care about the bank. all i care is how can i make withdraw and how can i make donate for other people with my money from bitcoin.

if there is any charity institute that focussing to help poor country and they support payment for bitcoin, i think there is many people which have bitcoin that will donate their bitcoin to help poor country so the problem can be solve by a little help from bitcoin community.
I agree with you said mate and achieve that we also need people from the government to come in just like the netflix. I guess with Trump we can achieve since he appoints Bitcoin Investor Peter Thiel to Presidential Transition Team and we also need some genuine good exchangers with all this bitcoin can help the poor countries

Bitcoin is not some kind of magic pill that can solve all the problems of the world but it can help individuals to protect their financial freedom.

When Satoshi Nakamoto created Bitcoin, the real intention was for Bitcoin to become this "magic pill". He hoped that Bitcoin will end the exploitation by the banking cartels. Still a long way to go, but if Bitcoin becomes popular, then it is going to be very bad for the banksters.

It would only be bad for bankers if they do not have any investment in Bitcoin. I imagine some of the are hoarding bitcoins since it has been in headlines for many years. Bankers have enough fiat to get into as many speculative markets as they wish.

Even if bitcoin can help solve a lot of problems it cannot possibly solve all the problems and since bitcoin is such a new technology there is the possibility that new problems arise which are unexpected to everyone.

Bitcoin by itself cannot help poor countries. However, bitcoin as a currency with many people actively using it will indeed help poor countries to gain some newfound economic activity as it connects their economy to the rest of the world.

I think bitcoin can bring more equality through globalization, especially to the poor countries.

Bitcoin can only solve some monetary problems of people living in poor countries by providing them a chance to earn an extra income from internet if they can get to know it or if they have access to internet and computers, otherwise bitcoin can be of no use for them unless it becomes useful in physical world.
