Who thinks we should create a dev fund with Bitcloud coins? So we can encourage a dev to take up the coin?
This could be a GOOD IDEA in the future, but right now, we need all old members to sync and stake their wallets, to support the network.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Things are going to get serious, very soon ..........

A New DEV plans to takeover BITCLOUD, so everybody needs to ensure that their wallets are synced, up to date. Current blockchain files can be obtained below:

The Bitcloud BTD blockchain snapshot is available for download at CryptoChainer.com
This will get your wallet in sync almost instantly!

Please support BITCLOUD Network, by either staking your coins in desktop wallet, or by trading them at Yobit, here:
https://yobit.net/en/trade/BTD/BTC

Keep it up John. Great work keeping us informed. I really appreciate it.

I am up to date and still staking. I'll see what I can do to get it staking 24/7.

Great news John. Keep up the good work

I have sent PMs to all the old members on the BTD MEMBERS LIST. People need to ensure that their wallets are in sync and ready, because when the New DEV comes, he is not going to waste anymore time.

I'm trying to sync my wallet, but no success.

It gets to within about 90,000 blocks remaining and the sync process slows right down. I have 8 connections.

So on my other computer I download the blockchain from the site John indicated and it quickly syncs up to date.

I send some coins from my first wallet to the sync'd wallet but they won't confirm. They won't even show up in the block explorer.

Next I backed up my unsync'd wallet and put it on the sync'd machine. All my transactions show up on the sync'd machine now, but I have zero balance of coins.

Are my two machines on two different chains?

There is only one chain.

Please try "repair wallet" on both of your machines.

If transactions don't appear on the qt wallet, download the snapshot from CryptoChainer.com, that'll solve the problem.

Also the cryptobe explorer has a little maintenance, anyway, i prefer the cryptoid explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btd/  Grin (doesn't show on coinmarketcap link)

I'm staking on two wallets. One on Mac, the other on Windows.

Mac is working fine.
Windows says it is staking, indicates my stake weight, network weight, and the expected time to earn a reward, but I never see a reward (neither confirmed nor unconfirmed) under Transactions. Nor does my balance change.

Any ideas?

We need to stay where we are for now. A new DEV is coming soon.

People need to start to withdraw their BTD coins from YOBIT and trade them at COINEXCHANGE instead. This is because YOBIT does not do wallet updates, even if a New DEV arrives.

We hope to update Coinmarketcap about coinexchange.io.

However, we are more concerned about the New DEV takeover
