When ICO start, there will be escrow. ICO is expected to start next month, in October. Investments in any Project could be considered donations. It's the same with our Project. People who donate in return will receive ICB proportional to their amount of donations plus bonus when ICOBID platform launches. Funding from Donation in Pre-ICO stage will be used only for ICO running. So there will not be any withdrawal prior to the beginning of the ICO.

The sole purpose of ICO is to have enough fund for ICOBID platform to fully developed. We expect to collect enough fund from the help of cryptocurrency community. That's hard to predict. However, ICOBID platform has its scale at least not inferior to the one of ICONOMI.
