WTF!!! The agama wallet native mode doesn't have any option for setting password! How to keep my coins secure in agama native mode?
By using a seed / priv key which you dont share with nobody. Or what do you mean? In the native mode, no seed is given to you. For example, if my computer is confiscated by the police, since my wallet.dat file has no password, they can spend my coins easily. It is very strange that the JL777 has considered infinite options for Komodo platform, while has not paid attention to such an important option! I'm not a troll. I only have a lot of Komodo coins and I want to keep it in a full node and fully secure wallet. The password setting option is one of the most basic necessities of a wallet in the crypto world. The problem is with Zcash itself, they disabled wallet.dat encryption because it could corrupt z-addresses and led to loss of all funds on them: https://github.com/zcash/zcash/blob/master/doc/security-warnings.mdAfaik there is no solution for this issue yet, when Zcash fixes this problem then Komodo will inherit the same fix For now don't backup your wallet online, encrypt your hard disk and don't share the computer with people you don't trust Thank you for your reply. I've been in the Crypto World since 2013 and I know these issues. But Komodo is a highly advanced crypto platform, not a simple copy-paste of Zcash. That's why, James should solve this problem, Instead of wait for the solution of Zcash development team.

I assume this issue involves some very deep math/cryptography that he always admitted is outside his expertise, it's unlikely that someone else will find a solution if Zcash with a team of professional cryptographers hasn't already found it I will ask in Zcash reddit about the current situation

Good luck, time for me to disappear and dive deep for a while I don't agree with everything this P-Trump guy says or does, but I think he has his heart in the right place for KMD, and it looks like he did what he said he would do and tried to vote in some independent candidates for notary spots. Next election I really hope community pools idea takes off, maybe 50:50 split between operator and voters, that might get 2-3 NN positions. Plenty of time now before next election, just need some guys with sys admin experience to run the nodes, and a pool organiser.

The recent drop in BTC prices has led to a loss of confidence in KMD, but I believe he will do well in the future.

Yeah right, KMD up 10.83% since yesterday along with most everything else, CMC. BTC up 5.56% since yesterday, CMC, but seriously does it actually mean anything? "A good indication that top bankers are seriously worried of the inescapable blowback is the fact that Switzerland’s two financial centres, Zurich and Geneva, are in the top five list of European cities for the most cocaine consumption (as measured by the drug’s residual traces in their wastewater). Many of them seem to need hard drugs to dull their fears." Redpepper, see post above.
Yup, the drugs aren't working, perhaps they need KOMODO?

They don't need it, but they'll get it eventually.

I made an outgoing transaction from the Agama wallet, as a consequence a new address was created to receive the change, I then emptied that new address, and it disappeared (I'm displaying all the addresses even the empty ones). Is this behavior expected? Is it possible to retrieve the private key of that address? Thank you.
In Native mode, you can see the private keys in the settings portion of the wallet. Thx for your reply. Indeed I'm running it in native mode, and checked out the settings. In the section Wallet.dat keys, the concerned coin is not listed, and when I chose another coin and enter the public key (address), nothing is found. In the section BIP39 Keys, it needs a pass phrase which I don't have (because there is none) and when I try entering whatever value, nothing is found (as expected).

There is absolutely no issue at my side everything is working fine even loading speed is well. You need to change browser if the problem still exists then clear search history and catche. I am quite sure this should solve your issue. By the way current price are attracting investors once more to come and pick up cheap KMD's.

First dICO is fast approaching and it is really exciting to anticipate and what really is the real score for ICO launching in Komodo platform. Got to participate this historic event for Komodo and its community in general.

Congratulations, BarteDEX and KOMODO! Decentralized exchange, which also integrates atomic swap function. Personally, the atomic swap function will help traders a lot because they can swap their coins faster, almost immediately, and can take advantage to take fast profits in the market with some sudden opportunities due to flash crashes. Hope that BarteDEX can surpass Crypto Bridge in the next few weeks and bring better option, experience to traders. Thanks again, KOMODO team.

In case this could be helpful to someone, I finally managed to get the private key of the address that disappeared from the addresses' list by navigating to Settings > CLI and then executing dumpprivkey <address>. I'm still puzzled by the disappearance of the address from the list though ... Also, if you execute help in the CLI, it displays commands interacting with "zcashaddress", "zcashprivkey" and zcashstuff. Having "kmdaddress" (or just "address") seems better imo.
