Trying to Understand Aurum Exchange

I need to pay someone in Liberty Reserve. I have bitcoin. I found aurumexchange and went to their exchange page. For every one bitcoin that I pay it is saying that I will get one liberty reserve. See this screenshot: http://imgur.com/R7JHVqE

Now maybe I'm missing something here but I am pretty sure liberty reserved is not pegged to whatever price bitcoin happens to be. Can anyone explain this to me? I want to pay someone the equivalent of $200 in liberty reserve. What (approximately) should I put in for bitcoin? I'd expect 2+ at the current rate, but will I get the the equivalent of $200 in liberty reserve?

You're exchanging BTC-E USD in that screenshot, not BTC. I don't even see Bitcoins as one of the options on the site right now.

You're right, but I was assuming I could fund btc-e easily with bitcoin? I guess I am confused about the whole thing....

I am intrigued by your service. It looks like I could load my prepaid debit with bitcoin and withdraw in cash? Is this right?  The only thing that looked off was the exchange rate. Currently .02 BTC = 1.41 Euros. On your site it seems the exchange rate is .02 btc =1 euro. Is this right? I understand having a percentage increase for your profit, but that seems very large!  Care to comment?

For example at this moment when exchanging bitcoin to LR, i see:

Exchange rate: 1 = 86.00999

So i assume its correct. But offcourse the USD price is X percent lower than actual bitcoin USD price.

nanaimogold, your site looks like what I'm looking for...will give it a try. Like the ease of it. I do want to say that you should really work on a more professional site design. My immediate reaction to the site was that it looked amateur and a possible scam. No offense i hope...just some constructive criticism.
