You should be ready for everything. That's why instead of going all in, you need to put a percentage of your wealth into bitcoin.

Yeah and we cannot be sure about the future of altcoins as they can disappear in coming period but we know that bitcoin will not die so easily so its better to put higher amount in bitcoins.

maybe holding BTC is a good investment buy for altcoin i think only ETH and DASH are the good ones to hold, markets on DOGE is kinda dropping these last few months so i don't think it will be good to hold it

I think you have to be more flexible and dynamic with altcoins in general, 2 years is a long time in altcoin years since most are only around for a few months. There are of course exceptions but you should probably still keep a close eye on their evolution. From my experience, altcoins are influenced by trend, I've seen some good altcoins that were once hugely popular fade into obscurity for no real reason. So it could happen that you need to sell before the 2 years are up.

as long as that altcoin not disappear in short time, i think its a good for us. and i think we can still make a good profit with that altcoins for middle time. but if we are confidence to hold bitcoin, then you should keep your bitcoin and waiting a good rate to sell it. maybe for this year, the rate of bitcoin will be in range $600-$750, and maybe in next year the rate will be jump over that rate.

It is always a good idea to diversify when you want to make an investment but at the same time you shouldn't force yourself to buy multiple things and invest in them just to have diversification.

What you buy should be a well thought investment.

So i say yes to bitcoin. as it is the best investment around.

As for altcoins i will only invest in Litecoin for a long term investment but the rest are only good temporarily and you should buy and sell them fast.

I would suggest you to buy and hold Bitcoin and then go for Ether. Dash and Monero can be other candidates after investing in bitcoin and Ether.

I would also suggest that you stay invested in bitcoin like 50 to 60 percent.. another 10 to 20 percent in Ether. Rest in dash or monero or in other emerging currency.

BTC has big market, it's the most stable coin. You could hold and hope for growth.
bitcoin.org gets about 2.4 million visitors every month, all the way from march 2016.
dogecoin.com gets about 110.000 visitors this month, but they used to be 160.000 visitors a month
dash.org has 350.000 a month, they used to be 120.000

The data doesn't make much of a mystery. Go with bitcoin for stability. Go with dash for possible quick profit. Forget dogecoin

For me Altcoins are not realy good idea make money (profits), I've seen altcoins do not focus on a specific achievement.

Those coins are already old coins. If you're going to hold anything, either hold a new potential altcoin or hold BTC. Those two has the potential to rise over time. I don't think Doge and Dash are increasing any time soon. Those altcoins has been there for a while and I don't see people trading those anymore. They used to be big, but now they're just pioneers of altcoins.

That altcoins i think is now stagnant ,just like they said it is testing ground especially the beginners on trading to try a minimal amount to trade on ,much better to search for a new altcoins which have something great projects and have a good feedback which can be a great goin to hold for a long time .like XMR ,monero coins .now try to look a new set of big altcoins.

the new people if they want to invest they should only invest in bitcoin because it is the most trusted and has the best chance of return.

all other altcoins which you want to trade needs some kind of background and knowledge of trading. otherwise a new person would just throw his money to the wind.

and about ETH that you so enthusiastically advertise i have to say it is one of the bad coins that i never suggest a newbie to invest in. besides ETH had its rises and now it is only experiencing dumps with an occasional manipulative small pump.

Bitcoin is the best money to hold for the future I think.  I would not like to save doge, dash or ltr because It would produce very low volume profit for us. So bitcoin is always best.
