Are you sure that's entirely legal?

The service is not for criminal purposes but privacy and anonymity. It allows you to purchase goods or services without it being traced back to your real person.

It even allows you to fund your existing PayPal service with cash so you can spend it online.

It also goes against PayPal's TOS.  You are scamming them.

If you want to be anonymous and private - don't use PayPal.

Why would someone need a PayPal account? You can pay also without having a PayPal account with PayPal (using CreditCards).

Many people in this forum offer debit cards. For example: CryptCard.org.

If you would like to create a PayPal account you can also do it with this cards and it is a lot cheaper.

Lol thread jacking

>PayPal
>Anonymous

I don't think these two words should be together in the same sentence, unless you want to say, "PayPal is not anonymous".

Also just because it's verified doesn't mean it doesn't have limits (meaning you can't do jackshit with it). Buyer beware!

b!z: sure you can have an anoymous paypal...as long as it is not in your name and you are using public internet or proxies...not commenting on legality of such things but it can be done.

public internet or proxies?
It probably works with public internet, but please don't try to enter your pp account with a public proxy Smiley It will be banned in seconds.

I would not use a public proxy (like private internet access), but a private bought one. Or log in from an internet cafe. Anyone who logs in to a fake paypal account from their home computer is a fool!

People in here are a bit confused as to the legality of this. Let me clear it up...

What the OP is selling is useful and completely legal. Anyone who has ever been limited or has had funds frozen by PayPal knows this would be a useful service. PayPal freezes the funds of SEVERAL legitimate merchants anytime they want to just because they can, then they hide behind bs excuses to justify holding your funds for 6 months.

There is nothing illegal about lying to PayPal. They lie to their customers all the time. They are not a bank, they are not a governmental entity, therefore there is no legal ramifications that come along with using "stealth accounts." The most that will happen is they will find out you are using one if you are sloppy, then they will suspend your account.

As long as you are not stealing/getting ssn you are completely fine. The idea behind the products the OP is selling is that the info is not stolen from anyone, but it is created/custom made. There is actually a whole community based upon using PayPal's & eBay services after they have shut you down. These people were thriving, making good money selling items on ebay or elsewhere until PayPal shut them down and stopped their income for nonsense. They will actually limit your account just because they don't like to see you transfer a lot of money outside of PayPal. True story.

Although, with all that being said, the bitcointalk forums may not be the best place to sell this type of service. Most people here have pretty much dismissed PayPal as a viable money service, and rightfully so. BTC >>>>>>>> PayPal and it's not even close. I personally cannot wait until consumers realize this.

Lastly, for all of you who say "If you don't like PayPal don't use it," is only a scenario that would happen in a perfect world. If you are an online merchant, especially an eBay seller, you know that most customers are brainwashed into thinking PayPal is the best option. In fact, eBay makes it damn near impossible yo use anything but PayPal.

Anyway, rock on OP. Hope you get some accounts sold.

From July 2007, PayPal has operated across the European Union as a Luxembourg-based bank.

If you never leave your real name, using home PC is 100% safe. Which is not about public proxies and VPNs (PayPal have most of the in blacklist and will block your account).

I don't live in the EU buddy. Maybe I should havce specified- PayPal isn't a bank in the US.

Anyway, you are clearly trying to jack the OP's thread and push your CryptCard.
