sry for requestioning: the problems u told are solvable or fundamental? I know that customers e.g. in China could have problems to recieve their tokens but i am from germany. So directly: Is their a possibility for me that my earned tokens from the browser extension couldn´t be sent out even if i fulfill KYC? If the answer is yes it would be fair against all users of the token extension that these problem exists, because like me they are giving personal datas in exchange of earning INCNT.
Kind regards

I didn't call it a problem. It's more of a milestone on the roadmap. I suppose if you fulfilled KYC processes and it turned out you were a terrorist or Mexican cartel kingpin (hiding in Germany) we would probably not send you your tokens. Are you a terrorist or a Mexican cartel kingpin? And if so, what's the deal with you guys, you're so violent? Surely there are better ways of doing business.

Ive been in since ico and did not really check Incent since the situation last year (I guess everything is solved and the company is on track, right?) ... there is a toolbar now i see. nice. what else is happening? thanks a lot.

Hi belowizard, Swing by our slack for more details. But in brief: yes, we're on track, toolbar is looking good, and we're integrating with affiliate programmes as a first step to demonstrate demand for the product and robust software. Then later this year we're looking at direct brand integration.

Is it true that you need to verify your identity by providing documents etc. and allow them to give your data (residential address, phone number, etc.) to third parties to use your google chrome extension & earn money?

I've not seen any recent ico that was conducted using the Incent loyalty platform. I haven't been up to date with the project's latest developments. The last time I checked, Mobilego was the last ico that used the platform to conduct their ico and the dual blockchain swap technology has been a huge failure. Has there been any update lately? I'd like to be in the know.

To withdraw tokens you'll need to do KYC. It's much like an exchange - Incent is subject to the same AML requirements as Coinbase, Bitstamp etc.

I will say KYC is effective only if people have to other way to get tokens and strictly based on identity verification can get. In that case it makes sense but at one platform KYC is obligatory while still you can get the same token from other trading platform or channel. I think need to educate people than obliged them to share their identity documents which also exposes them to some vulnerabilities.

Look at it this way: - Anyone can get hold of BTC via a wide variety of means. Bitcoin is an open blockchain and freely available.
- Anyone SELLING bitcoin - especially exchanges - had better do KYC to make sure they know who they're selling to, otherwise they're going to get a dawn visit from the counter-terrorism cops.
Our aim at Incent - other than creating an open, blockchain-based universal loyalty programme that is fit for mass adoption and both fairer and more financially beneficial to businesses and customers alike - is to minimise the number of dawn raids involved in the process. Currently we score zero on that front. We plan to keep it that way.

You cannot currently withdraw earned tokens to any wallet but you will be able to do so in the not so distant future. Incent is subject to the same AML requirements as Coinbase, Bitstamp etc. once we have ensured that we comply with the necessary regulations without compromising personal data security we will be able to enable the send function.

It's really good to know that the Incent team cares about both personal data security and necessary regulations at the same time. I feel like a lot of ICOs just take all of the personal data they can get for the KYC (i.e. copy of passport, invoices,..) - just to be on the safe side.
