Gambling addiction is one of the major keys that you should know you are doing wrong, and that is one thing you need to mainly avoid when you are gambling because there's no use if you just kept on losing and losing and by the time you depleted all your money that's the only time you'll start to regret and that is why it is hard when addiction takes you, especially in gambling.

Yes it is. Couple  of hours ago I have read a thread where OP had won some of his first bets and latwr he decided to bet more big amount. He lost his first big amount. And decided to play big again just to recover the previous loss. And he lost everything. That's how a people become addicted to gambling. And it's a disease because it kay destroy you.

Everyone has a different dose of addict, maybe you can't make sure when someone is gambling but he loses every gamble and he still gambles I guess he has a different dose of addict with the dose of the addict you mean.

Sometimes they will realize that what he did was wrong when he got a win, because he was satisfied with the target he wanted to achieve. I have a friend and he is a gambling addict, privously he got suffered a big loss but he the next day he gambled again and won with a greater amount of money than his previous defeat. I just weird when the next night and a few days later he didn't back to gamble place then I got his answer that he was satisfied with gambling.

I think that person was too greedy to chase more money and he forgot that if he continues the game, he will lose everything and it proves to him. I would say he started to become addicted to gambling, but now, he is not an addicting person in gambling but soon, if he keeps playing gambling then the chance for him to become addicting will bigger. It is a good lesson for us (once again), we don't have to continue the game after we win the game and it's better to stop and leave the place.

Somehow. Gambling addiction can be like drug addiction in terms they are being addicted into something wherein they can't control themselves on using it. But on the other hand they are far away from each other because gambling is not really addictive for me, because the attitude and behavior of the people playing gambling makes them addicted while drug addiction is really addictive because there are certain chemicals in the drugs making it addictive once used. Banning gambling will not make sense anymore because there are lots of gambling sites all over the world so gamblers will just transfer into other place where there is legality of gambling and it will just turn out you are putting all gamblers in one space and it does not resolve the problem. Well, it must be left on the adults understanding and let them decide for their own journey but the least we can do is to guide them to somehow help the realize what they are doing. That is why whenever I play into an online casino I am currently into, I fully decide that my aim is purely to have fun. No chasing of lost because I only play the variety of games they have with low bets as well enjoying their welcome bonus after doing my first deposit on it.

You attitude will play a great role to prevent you from getting addicted in gambling. Gambling addiction is not a disease, it cannot transfer to anyone gambling addiction is a choice of every gambler to do so. If we continue to gamble for money everyday, then it can be addiction. In terms of  disorder, it might be because of the state you are in before you got the disorder or also it is hereditary. For me gambling addiction is a mental disorder, you  don't know that you are prioritizing the wrong thing,you are spending your money endlessly to something that will destroy you in the end.

I think it's only a proverb, not literally interpreted. addicts can be called diseases because they attack and damage you inside. if you don't treat it properly then it will be very detrimental to you in the end, of course it does not mean the addict is really a disease that is only a proverb`

Addiction for example Gambling addiction, Cigarette addiction, Liquor Addiction, and Drug Addiction is a disease. It is true that Liquor, Cigarette and Drug addiction can damage your body but talking about the whole addiction, it is a disease.

I think yes Because people are staying in a dream while gambling. They even don't know when the time is passing.It makes people mentally sick and hopeless.And It's end up making your life hell So i believe This is a disease for sure.

Addiction is form of mental sickness so yes gambling addiction also will fall under disease category.But gambling addiction can be overcome by ourselves as well when we are in early stage if it by simply change our concentration on something where we are much interested than gambling but if it is severe we need to take care of it with psychologist.

There is nothing as a healthy way of gambling. It has got good as well bad, and the same happens in relation to the limitations that one sets for themselves. Addiction will not happen on its own. This happens when the user is greed or wish to make a big earning in a much shorter time period.

everyone knows gambling is more addictive and we cannot get out from that if we are addicted so I think you will need to be more Limited with your gambling otherwise you will get definitely I will tell in the beginning stage you will not have a nice Italian dishes but when the days are going you will realise that it will be a huge affected disease for anyone without getting out from that.

Therefore, gambling is not diseaae but gambling addiction is a disease because it also can lead to addicted people abnormal condition and the way to control are by applying the method of taking a break when ones start to feel the high spirit of gambling or quit for the day.

Of course there are alot of people who still gambling in a healthy way and gambling help alot of people but we still have to do something about the addicted people which literally placed bad image on gambling because we all know that even ones eat too much of food it will lead to malfunction of the body system and later cause disease.

Gambling addiction is not a disease. It is more related to the greediness nature of human being. The more you think that you want to gain quick money, the more you will play and try your luck with gambling. You might hurt yourself and even your family members if you too much spend in gambling.
