I think you should have bought bitcoins about 1 week ago,the bitcoin price was aroung 570USD but now it has reached 600USD but still i think you can buy right now because i believe till the end of this year the bitcoin price would have surely more value than it has now.

never to late if you want to buy now, because the rate will always be increase as the difficulties increase too and bitcoin can be an investment for you. for some advice, better you wait until the rate reach the bottom line of the rate, somewhere in the range under $630, but if the rate is up trend, then you can buy at that rate but only for small amount for first to watch the rate movements, is it true to up or just correction.

Wait, do you mean 2016 OR 2106? It makes a difference I would not wait until 2106 because that far future is very difficult to predict even with rough estimation. In that much time BTC as well as crypto-currency could not only reach new skies, but new depths too ( quantum-computing and similar threats... ). Overall, I think we will be able to develop with BTC further, but it is super complicated to tell how BTC network can deal with the new threats in the future and for how much influence they will have on BTC. Now, BTC is in a mostly stable period so if you are willing to invest into BTC, I consider it a good time to do so or you could wait the end of 2016 where companies can re-consider their plans and relation with BTC and you can take their relation as factor into your decision.

Its safe bet to buy right now. Bitcoin is very cheap (remember there was halvening it matters a lot).
I would buy with 50% of your assets and then decide after 2 more months what to do with rest.

Yes bitcoin price has rised a bit this last week and reache $600 again so buying bitcoin a week ago would already have given some profit.I am actually still holding my bitcoin so buy bitcoin now would be more wiser decision than to wait more till price of bitcoin rises even more.

If no unforeseen things happen, I suppose the price will increase slowly.
With unforeseen I mean something like a hacked exchange, that can not be predicted.
Of course bitcoin will have its ups and downs the rest of the year, but I think the trend goes up.

It is upto you to decide when to buy but i can give one advice is that dont go with full amount of investment in buying in one shot you split your buying with 25% now and if their is any price low you can go more 25% like this your purchase rate will also get averaged and you can book profit if their is any high price.

I don't think it will drop much more by the end of the year. You could wait for the price to dip below $600 to buy but there is no guarantee that it will by then. One idea is buy a little now and then wait for a dip in price to buy more.

what do you think is going to happen by the end of the year 2016 that you want to wait until then?

the situation will be the same, and there is only 3 possibilities:

1) we are either at a higher price which you will again decide to wait more for a fall to buy.
2) or the price is stable which again you will not be able to make a decision, so you keep waiting for the fall
3) there is actually a fall, but again you keep waiting because you are going to think it is risky to invest and it may fall more.

so either make your decision now or be sure that you won't be able to make it in the future either.

Well, while technically correct as price of BTC after next halving will be definitely higher (if we won't encounter any random events along the way).
But it is whole FOURS years from now. Buying bitcoin now and wait four years is not something many people would do or have the patience to try.

It is safe to assume that price will be higher event before next halving. Plus, from what I noticed price of BTC is always higher in Q4 of every year.
Buy now and expect price rise in Winter.
