I think it depends on the US, most people become a addict because ever so curious for a repeat win and when losing to then be curious to return. If we have a serious intention to stop gambling then the easiest way is to forget about victory and lost, and think that gambling just for fun.

That is a very common pattern among people that are addicted to something, no one plans to become addicted, what it happens is they have curiosity about something and then they tried out, then they keep doing it thinking they can control it until the day they realize they are the ones being controlled.

Yes, I agree with you. However, some people, including me, fear failure but they always hope that they will win again in the next game. When do you stop gambling? When you are about to go in a big debt that you cannot afford to pay it back later. That is why people should know their limits and when to stop gambling for their own sake. Some people thought of attempting to suicide because they were in big debs due to gambling.

No I don’t think that I'm addicted to gambling. At first I might and almost got myself addicted to gambling but because of some experiences that happened I kinda distance myself when it comes to gambling. I don’t want to feel that same carelessness about how I continue on betting until I almost reached out to my limit  and place it all. Of course addicted people can recover but I have known some people that went through that and they tell me that it was hell, and I believe them and the issue is that there is always the temptation to go back to their old ways, so you never know if they are going to relapse again into addiction.

since earlier gambling was a part of my life and i always looking toward gambling and making some extra money in btc . but i always get loss in the gambling . so now i had exit it for lifetime .

Making such life changing decisions require a very strong personality and an iron will to fight all the temptations and mind games .
