CASINO WEBSITE
I was in the middle of a session of blackjack when suddenly I get kicked off/booted off the site. I try re-logging several times with no luck. I proceed to start a chat session with a customer service rep. She asked me what my username for the account and I give it to her, she replies with telling me that their system does not recognize it. I then proceed to give her my email address, wallet info and previous transaction I had made. They responded with saying that they have no record of my username, email address or transaction I ever made. I end up giving them detail wallet info and blockchain info. They come back and tell me that my account was hacked, that my username and password were changed and my full balance had been withdrawn. They tell me that my account will be restored but they will be unable to restore my full balance.
PLEASE HELP!!!

What is the url of the website?

There are hundreds of gambling site in the bitcoin space. Some of these sites are scams so you have to be careful. There are quite a few trustable sites out there. If the balance is withdrawn you cannot reverse it because of the nature of bitcoin. Bitcoin is like cash, if you give it to someone it's gone. If someone robs you, your money is gone too. You could go to the police, but it's questionable if this is enough money to even bother.

If you got hacked, the important question is: how? Which computer system do you use? Was your password longer than 12 characters? Do you have anti-virus software?

How much bitcoin did you lose?

That's some strong accusation you are making here to one of the most reputable casinos in this forum. They pay only through signature campaign for a month to their users about 10 BTC as far as I know. You can go to the Service board of this forum ,find their official signature thread and contact directly the OP there or you can go to the Gambling board find their ANN thread there and contact OP. I am sure you will have your problem solved when you talk directly with OP and fortunejack customer representative. I hope you resolve your situation as 3 BTC is no small amount.

If the casino was compromised why should I be responsible?

if the casino was really compromised and it was really their fault then they must repay you in full, good luck proving that.

but first you should see if it wasn't your own fault for example by using a simple 123 password or even a strong password but using the same password on another site(s) too. also check to see if you email was not compromised and also check for keyloggers.

also as my above comment asks, did you have 2FA?

if you made sure about the above things then open up a scam accusation in the appropriate board but no before.

I'm really sorry for your big loss.

It is very important that you run some serious diagnostics on your pc to see if you have any malware on it. Download a good scanner like Kaspersky or Bitdefender and use their free trial to check your system. In addition, using a second opinion scanner like hitman pro (alert) will also help you find any hidden malware and prevent you from contracting them in real time.

If those scans turn up clean, than you may think about throwing accusations towards the casino, but not before you think about the password you used:

Have you used it on other websites? If so, they may have been compromised and your password may have been up for grabs.
Did you enable 2fa? It is one of the easiest ways to protect your account. Always set it up when the service provides the option.

As he mentioned above he was referring to fortunejack website which is  somewhat unbelievable to happen such thing that account was being simply claimed to be hacked and wasnt recognize by the website. Its quite confusing  hence fortunejack is a reputable  gambling site . For OP just contact their   Support and give them all the details.

You need to provide some proof if you are going to report something because if you don't have any proof to provide then they will going to ignore you probably try to contact the admistrator of that website and tell him more about your problem they can proceed and give the information you will need.

You should ask in their topic, dude. We can't help here, and did you see the withdrawal history? If yes, you were compromised. Good luck.

he said in his first post that he had already contacted their support through a ticket and they did not help him.

so i think unless he can provide more information about the said hack and if it was the casino's fault or not we can not say anything about it and this topic will not solve his problem either.

Can you confirm you are referring to https://fortunejack.com/ ? Was it on https?
How did you contact Fortunejack support rep?
Do you have any record of the conversation?
Can you post the deposit txid?

Some things don't look right:
I tried now to change my username and such option does not exist.
I am not aware of any such option either.

They claimed they have no record of the transaction you have made?

They just told you your account was hacked?

If anything was compromised, it would very probably on your end.

In my own opinion, I think he really needs to do more rather than mere name calling as fortune jack because this is a reputable site even on this forum and accusation like this should not be taken with levity. So I CHALLENGED op to come up with evidences of transactions and even chats with the support to actually verify the authenticity of this claim...

You've stated before that you've managed to talk to them? Can you post your previous conversation with their support? Have you tried contacting them in their livechat again? They haven't responded at all after the initial reply from support?

Seems like they're aware of your problem. They quoted you on their main thread:
