Yes. Out of the blue they're now asking for and I quote: Crytpo exchange statement showing the account hold name who has transferred the money to your bank account Crypto exchange statement showing how the funds have been accumulated Neither of these things have anything to do with what's been going on whatsoever. So it is clearly just another small minded attempt at a delay. Anyhow I have sent what they asked for and we will see how long it takes them to fix this priority issue.

It's now been 8 days since any reply from these guys. They are just totally ignoring the fact that they owe me 3k GBP.
I'll start formal complaint in next couple of days. People need to be protected from these crooks.

Bare in mind all I did was deposit once from a crypto wallet, like every other customer, and now here we are 2 months later with yet another delay tactic. Sincerely, Ana Taylor I follow what is happening here. They are delaying the payment, after asking for a notarized passport, they are also asking for proof of the origin of the money. It's strange to me when a casino asks about the origin of money, I don't even know what kind of statements can be attached, or what names and data they are talking about. No casino has ever asked me for that, honestly, even their email confuses me. They are neither the first nor the last to do these kinds of things, and every time it is a bitter experience. I guess you should ask them to clarify what they are actually looking for, I guess 3k is not small so I expect you to keep fighting. Just take it slow and be patient, maybe you should think about opening a topic in the scam accusation section. Good luck.

Exactly this. They are purposely requesting something that is quite literally impossible hoping that I give up. Even then, like you, I am not even sure what they're asking for. Unfortunately, for unaware customers, they have good reviews on several aggregate sites which tempted me in to playing there. 2 of those sites I have threads opened detailing what has happened and investigations are getting started. They've sometimes been taking a week to reply to me so it's just very very slow and frustrating.

For normal gamblers who gamble recreationally and deposit/withdraw normal amount (not that huge), I think they wont be asked to provide source of funds document. Looking at the above issue by brassnuts, it seems that this casino do not serve him fairly and seems to be trying to delay the withdrawal as long as possible (hopefully I'm wrong) as I hope brassnuts will get his money as soon as possible.

Yes, they do have the right to request documents for the verification process. But if you ask for a passport and source of funds documents, that is very rare and I have never found one. Maybe a passport can be requested too but as for the source of funds, that's very rarely asked. Ordinary gamblers who don't gamble very often and only with small amounts of money won't think much about verification. They won't want to spend a lot of money because it could cause problems for them. They are better off continuing to gamble with just enough money. Yes, we hope he can get the money. Source of funds is listed under the high level but there is no specific information about the criteria for each level of the KYC. Yes I have to agree that it is quite rare in this crypto gambling industry where casino ask source of funds. I myself will not provide it if the casino ask me to provide it if there is no good reason why they ask it and if there is no good reason for me to provide it.

I had to go back a few pages to understand your case and I was very shocked when I saw that you have been posting in this thread since April 3rd asking these guys to solve your problem and they didn't solve your problem and now they are telling you that they will pay tomorrow, I wonder why they don't pay you today when you're clean in this story? Why do they need to wait until tomorrow to pay you a small amount? I wonder what it would be like if I were a person who deposited a lot of money? they would probably tell the person to wait months to receive full payment. In my opinion this is a very suspicious way for a casino to operate It appears that this casino has financial problems, and for that reason they took more than 1 month to pay you and they are telling you that they will pay you tomorrow because they want to collect today's profits that they have in the casino.
