Hi, as title says I need escrow for the forum account deal. I'd also like to know what's better, to escrow buyer's btc only, sellers account only or both?

Both of them!
The escrow should hold the bitcoins which sends the buyer and the seller should send all details to the escrow, then the buyer can ask the escrow about the account if everything is correct what sellers said etc.

The escrow will keep the money until the transaction is completed.It’s better both of them know the escrow. So both of them need to trust in the escrow.

the buyer is 10 hours late on agreed time of transaction so maybe I will have to restart the auction.

I got some escrow proposals, but I would rather go with escrow proved and safe for account deals, any recommendations?
