Has anyone used quickbt? they took my money and never delivered...

my bank balance was already charged and its been close to 24 hours and i still havent gotten my bitcoins......
i tried to contact them via phone and the phone was automated and told me to email them.....noone replied my email......

their site is quickbt.com and their site is green and verified by firefox so what is going on?
its my first purchase with them as im new to all of these and needed some bitcoins to pay for some stuff
i felt like ive been scammed out of 75 CAD.....
they gave me a receipt BUT NEVER DELIVERED THE COINS ....
im getting kind of mad right now
their service said it was instant

i have not tried that service yet but after doing some few searches i am sorry to say you that you have been scammed. there are many scam accussation threads against that company. thread links: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=486801.0 , https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1212844.0 , https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1133963.0 and many more. btw, who adviced you to use that site ? and why didn't you do a quick search about that site atleast before using it ? lesson learned!

QuickBT has not scammed you, I have been buying from them for 3 years.

If this was your first purchase you need to check your email and junk mail it will have a verification form, you need to call the number and verify your order and it will release your coins. Check your email and see if you got something from them, if not just sit back and wait, they don't work weekends, but I can assure you they will refund you or give your coins.

Going with the links you provided I think two scam accusations are already resolved. Looking at those thread it seems like it takes some time to show into your balance. I think you should wait atm.

There are much better choices like Coinimal(Bitpanda) if you live ine Europe. You will receive coins within 30 minutes after your buy order. If you live in US or Canada use Circle or Coinbase.

Been using quickbt a lot of times. Have bought from the site for the past 2 years as well, and never had any issues. From what I remember they take about 4 hours to deliver the coins.

I can say that I've used them before but never for anything over $20. They have terrible fees and I just couldn't justify buying bitcoins from them anymore. This was probably about a year ago though so I wouldn't be able to tell you how they're doing lately.

I would suggest using a credit card on 247exchange.com ifif you need bitcoins in the future. They will need to verify your identity.
