yeah you're right because dollar currency is what's generally used and it's going to be very easy for governments to monitor it's movements. also petty illegal activities I think are not all aware of other currencies yet

All money ever will be used for illegal activities, because if something cannot be used to buy something illegal then it does not meet the definition of money as Andreas said. If you can't buy drugs with it then it's monopoly money and not real money with real value, is that simple. So USD, all fiats and BTC are real money.

i think every currency is use to facilitate the people of a country in a legal way, so i thin not a sing currency yet made specially for illegal activities. but as there are every  kind of people in every society good and bad, so good people use currency for good activities while bad people use it for illegal activities.

I agree that all currency or mode of payment is used in illegal activity no matter what is their form.  That is normal since there is illegal goods need to be transacted, so any currency may do just to be able to move the transaction.

I disagree with all the money involved in the internet?  What do you mean by it?  Anyways, all the money, all the currencies can be used for illegal activities by the people who wants to be rich.  Bitcoin is not that popular to other people, to other country, and to other age group.  They have mastered the art of changing profiles, bank accounts, and other transactions.  Maybe if they will be able to know more about bitcoins then it would be heaven for them.  I know that there were people  who are already uses bitcoin on illegal transactions but not all knew about it.

You are pretty right about this but in this case drugs importing and exporting is in almost every country illegal so I think that is something that is used in the currency of USD and also illegal for almost every country..

Well here in my country the punishment of doing illegal countries are becoming tough enough for if you have been involved in illegal drug trade.

And you are going to be killed because if you know guys that even whether it is USD or any local currency then you are going to get punished.

Not only usd could be used  on  illegal activities but all currency could  be possibly used   in  any terms and  as  you have mentioned bitcoin  is   used for this  transaction especially on  illegal things because its  really hard  to trace it  up thats why  some  criminals would   normally use this.

I think nothing can beat pure cash in anonymity, even Bitcoin. On the flip side, Bitcoin itself is pseudo-anonymous, though it may, in fact, be anonymous enough for making small transactions by the small fish criminals, but not if you go for deals worth millions of dollars. In this fashion, it is unlikely that the most wanted ones whose ugly mugs you see in the crime news will be particularly interested in Bitcoin. Dealing in bitcoins big time would be too conspicuous and suspicious for them.
