It is true the value of the USD  was very high and it was being use for the payment and the money taking but as you said it is being as an illegal way so it is very sad indeed people are having a lot of the expectation and the money of the USD is getting down, I think this is not about the currency and the money but the people who are using this in the other way, it s very important to have the bitcoin ad then try to use it instead of the USD as an investment.
