That's possible nit only in USD but also with other currrencies. It is because these currencies are legal and can be used by all people. So using it on things such as on the illegal ones is surely possible. It is already been used for decades on illegal activities but they cannot just ban a currency just because it is used on these things.

Even when it was used by those bastards, it is still money, it is legal and it will be accepted by anyone and anywhere, it doesn't matter where it came from. USD(money) come and go in many hands, therefore, you will not know whic one is clean and which one is not.

Yes it is of course. Not only USD but all fiat currency because it is the most accessible asset criminals could use anytime and anywhere in the world. It is also widely used so they find it easy to fund any illegal activities within a specific country where they are operating. Well, governments cannot ban their own creation because if they do that it is some kind of a suicide . Crimes are more likely to happen with the help of fiat money not cryptocurrency because not all kinds of criminals has an access to internet connections so that is why they prefer to use fiat money for funding. There is no need to pin point for a currency to be used in illegal activities because if they will be using money to complete their illegal activity then they will find a way to accomplish that. In my opinion, a person in dire need for money that resorts to doing illegal acts will accept any currency. As long as it will satisfy their need. It is not limited to USD alone.
