Near the closure of the elections, the chances between the two candidates becomes 50/50. So odds for Clinton will become around 2.0. Currently her odds are between 1.4/1.5. Therefore, it's a good idea to bet against Clinton to become president. You can sell your bet near the elections at 2.0.
I don't know much but as far as it seems Clinton still has a high chance of winning. The only votes Trump will be getting is from his hardcore supporters all the Bernie and others supporters are likely to vote for Clinton.

Both Clinton and Trump are jokes of a candidate, but if I had to bet, I would risk it a bit and go for Trump winning (or bet against Clinton's win) and just hope that Trump manages to become president. The odds should be even but it should always be more difficult for Trump to win.

I spoke to my manager who is based in Texas and I asked him on who is his President come election day. I was surprised by the answer that its Donald Trump, I asked why and he just answered Donald Trump is a good businessman and he will be a good leader not only to the business community but to the entire country. I asked why not Hilary Clinton, he said I don't want my country to face a lot of controversies for the next 6 years.

Not sure abut that. I really don't think Clinton will lose. I don't trust the polls that much. I think odds around 1 are great, but even at 1.4 and 1.5 are good as well because there is no way she will lose vs Trump. I don't really like any of the candidates, and Americans don't like them that much, but I think in the end they will not vote for Trump.

If you feel from you heart about this result , then i think you can go with it, but as much i have heard about the result , most of them dont want trump to win as his view are very violent and it wont be much good for America or Americans, but balance cannot say who will win.

I remember a few months ago, I was going to bet on Hillary because at that time, there was no way Trump would win. However, after some scandals and changes, this election is becoming closer and closer and increasingly difficult to bet on. I might actually sit this one out.

Why is this thread is on the gambling section?

Why is this thread is on the gambling section? Good question, OP didn't want to discuss who should become president or who will become president, but whether or not the odds will go to 2.0 just before the elections.

Do you really think so, I want Trump to win but I fear too many people will take the safe (pussy) option & go for Hilary.

When we mentioned odds, that is gambling. When you place a bet, someone to win or lose its gambling. Here we have the same thing like its football match, two opponents, game starts in the morning end in the evening. Only one can win this game, everyone who place money on winner are gamblers. This is also nice opportunity to earn some money, nice odd for doubling our money. I don`t know who will win, but I will follow this thread, for majority thinks that Hillary can`t win, I will wait a bit longer and then I will decide will I place a bet or not. I like sports more then politics.

There is a possibility of trump WINS in presidential electors that would be done by the USA, but I think Trump will not be able to beat clinton because trump has ambition and also emotional outcomes for everyone residing in the USa. So I think Trump will only win if he can control his emotions and ambitions

I think it's best to bet when it's nearly couple of weeks before the election starts to make a much overview in the polls. And yes I sees it's a good idea to bet against Clinton. Anyways is there a bitcoin gambling site where we can bet for those US presidential candidates? I have found this one recently for betting in US presidential election https://www.onehash.com/event/special_events/usa_presidential_election_2016/12867I think http://directbet.eu also provides betting for political voting events. Trump seem strong one but chance can be considered 50/50, better to wait few more weeks.

Just like I wait buying bitcoin as I expect the price to go up. It makes totally sense, or does it? What do you mean for sell your bet @2.0? How to sell a bet??
For example at fairlay.com you can lay Hillary now, and when she loses terrain you back her. Another way to approach this: bet on Trump now and when the chances even out later, bet on Hillary then to cancel your Trump bet and take profit.
