[solved] Bitstarz Removes 1.75 Btc Balance According to Breaking Bonus Terms

Hello.
Today i won 1.75BTC from free spin's.
I ask support, they say max win from free spins is 0.1BTC(it is ok for me).
When i try to make withdraw, support send me message that i break bonus terms(max bet 0.025)
But it is not true. My max bet according wagering was 0.019BTC. After wagering i make few 0.03btc bet's. After this they decline my withdraw and take all balance.
Proof's:
Wagered done at 12:49
Bets after wagering
In history i cant see even one 0.025BTC bet(during wagering).
This is first time when i winning from freespin's.
Now i feel really bad with this site. I lost more than 2btc(from own deposits) there and now they treat me like this..

To understand this better, are you saying that none of your bets before completing the wagering requirement of 1.352BTC were above 0.025

Why don't you just AUTOMATICALLY prevent players to break bonus rules? 

I guess few lines of proper code could do the trick.

Otherwise it just seems like you are trying to bollect excuses not to pay bonus winners.

That's their plan... they have been doing it since I discovered them. They used the same rule to confiscate 20 BTC of my winnings without rectifying the situation in any way.. They have done the same for many other users who win at their casino...
