I would very much appreciate your help on the question:

What is the most efficient and fastest way to buy Liberty Reserve USD?

I read some comments in different threads but can't figure out what the conclusion is.

thanks

aurumexchange.com had the best rate I found. I haven't gotten my LR from them yet though so I'm not sure how long the process takes.

Don't you also have an outstanding bid for 7000 lrusd on exchangezone.com? (or is that someone else impersonating you by using the nick 'mtgox' ?)

Western Union as a payment method.

I recommend you not to make business with new comers on the e-currency market.

Direct contact a trusted real company with long track success trade history. If you pay them Western Union the LR funds will be in your account ASAP.

Do not pay forum individuos with Western Union. This is the easy way those people can separate you from your money.

Valerius

Right, because Western Union is non-drawbackable, as is Liberty Reserve. So called "HARD" currencies.
In contrary to Paypal, MoneyBookers, Credit cards, Alterpay etc, which are drawbackable SOFT currencies.

BTW,
Are you by any chance officially associated with Liberty Reserve ?
I am asking because 1) You sound professional 2) You have their logo in Your avatar.

if you look at his other forum posts, he doesn't actually sound very professional Tongue (though part of that may be because english is not a native language for him...)

I use centregold because I can buy lr using my credit card and the fee is a reasonable %4.3 (minimum $9.90)

Takes 24-48 hrs for the transaction to go through and they verify things using a phone call.

https://centregold.ca/ or the same link with my aff code is https://centregold.ca/?pshpr=CG37528 if you're feeling generous lol

+1 for centregold.

I've been using them for a while and have passed several thousand dollars through them. I've only once had a problem which they fixed promptly.

Thanks for pointing that out. Its always best to do your own research on these things of course. The reason I recommend them is they are one of the few lr exchangers who accept a credit card which is helpful when  you need to quickly buy something with digital currency.

Has anyone got another exchanger that does the same thing?

I'm using skandway.com, they charge 2.9% (min $9) for bank wire USD - LR USD. In addition to LR's 1% fee this is still lower than anything I've found.

The downside is that it's a Swedish language site, and you have to be able to read Swedish to use it. (Although some translation service might do the trick).

Sorry, I can't help you with your lost password.

I guess the amount you requested was too little to cover the transfer cost?

They charged me 7 euros for transferring 300 euro worth of dollars.

Actually, does any of you guys actually use http://exchangezone.com?

I have registered with them about two weeks ago, sent all the details required for validation process so that I could use paypal and I didn't get anything back yet. I wrote the support team about a week ago and still no response. Any experiences there, anyone?

Ive used them before. I think its much better to go through #bitcoin-otc as you don't have to wait as long on ppusd and such

I highly recommend the site for LRUSD -> PPUSD transfers.

Never tried going the other way, though.
