If Satoshi reveals himself, what would be of Bitcoin?

perhaps, if satoshi introduced himself, bitcoin is still the same as this. however, it will make satoshi become more famous, and probably will be the target of several organizations. Well, maybe he could add to the number of bitcoin easily, and most likely, his life may be very inconvenient because it will be a lot of fans of bitcoin will look for it.

IMHO some things should remain a mystery
Satoshi legend is one of them
also I don't think it will ever happen,most likely Satoshi is a group of people (same as Shakespeare and many others)
that emerge every now and then to introduce some groundbreaking cultural or technical inventions and to move the progress forward
as for the effects of him(them?) revealing himself I can see only negatives: possible huge masses of coins move,possible hardforks,stories about  bitcoin ties with the goverments or agencies
it will not do much for the adoption or popularisation
but it is only my IMHO and we may never know....

Yeah, I think that one of the reasons that satoshi created bitcoin in the first place is that he wanted to protect the privacy of the users by adding a feature of anonymity. I'd say that he definitely wants to stay anonymous forever, otherwise he would have revealed himself earlier.

My opinion on the subject is just leave him alone.

If satoshi does reveal himself, something that has a very low probability of happening, then there will be a lot of media hype and possibly bitcoin price will go up.

I think If Satoshi reveals himself, their will be no changes to bitcoin, except he start selling his Bitcoins (1 Million bitcoins) that will just
make bitcoin have no value, it will shut from current price 900$ to .9$ so I think its a good point for Bitcoin that Satoshi is now hidden in some where 

Probably. But if he doesn't have access to those funds anymore, due to the loss of the corresponding private key, then he may not be able to dump the BTC.

Still, it would be best if Satoshi remains hidden, as revealing himself would have a very negative effect for Bitcoin in both price and user interest. Perhaps one of the things that gave Bitcoin's value is the unknown identity of its creator.

Nevertheless, it would be quite interesting to see what happens at some point in the future, when Satoshi gets revealed. Maybe he's dead or maybe not.

same as above we do not know who is Satpshi Nakamato is he a individual person or company or community. If he is a individual than he is going to be  a celebrity in short time in whole world. If it is a company than it will be know in whole world and can do good business in technology market.

That is certainly true. Bitcoin has managed to grow in development and user interest over the years, even though it has been abandoned by its original creator. It is best that Satoshi stays a mystery as it is one of the things that has given value to Bitcoin, as well as decentralization itself. Revealing the original creator of the premier cryptocurrency, might be a huge issue for blockchain and cryptocurrency tech affecting its progress.

Nevertheless, the most important thing is not who or whom Satoshi was, but the community behind Bitcoin supporting it in the long term. Just my opinion.

Maybe so. I think that the day when the real Satoshi reveals himself, it would be huge for Bitcoin and would probably get more attention from mainstream media and everyday people. However, if the real Satoshi comes up and dumps his Bitcoin from his genesis address, then it may cause its value to decline massively. I don't think that Satoshi might do that, but there could exist a possibility and we should be prepared to secure our funds in case this happens.

Nevertheless, Bitcoin is doing fine even if its original creator's identity has not been revealed. Just sharing my thoughts.

I don't think that revealing himself would be a good idea; instead it'd put him in danger of kidnapping, threats, jail, etc...
And I think it wouldn't affect bitcoin, atleast not too much. It's anonymous after all, and everyone simply cares for their profit.

As quoted nevertheless the identity of the originator bitcoin is fine as well the growth is enormous. If Satoshi 's identity has got revealed sure bitcoin could have not reached such high. Because the innovator sure tries to keep hold of the power.

I think there is no reason for any government to put him in jail in the first place. Also I don't think if Satoshi reveals himself it will affect the price of Bitcoin in any way directly. But indirectly it might affect the price if there will be a lot of news about him around and thus more people will know about Bitcoin and more people will start using it. Then the price of BTC will rise.

Satoshi is just a man just like you and me he can do the same mistake like we do and I think that if the whole world would definitely know who he really are there are some that could just simply report him to the government and some that will surely be thankful because of what he has done, or rather accomplish, there would be two sides of the coin that could get him to bad or good.

We have just problems if Satoshis reveals, as most countris conside it ilegal, and not supporting, jail should be the place that would waiting him at this moment. Besides those huge problem some people would left if they see the creator is a bad person or some crazy person, the media would attack him too deeply, besides the fact that someone would get interested into their coins instant.

The same moment Satoshi uploaded the source code in to sourceforge and github he literally washed his hands of any claims and left after a while because open source community is basically donation to the public, he donated an experimental software and from there it's really up to the people how to use it, however if he could stay active while hidden many of issues we face today would've been resolved much faster and with a better faith.

For example what would be of America if their founding fathers were alive today? I bet they'd be already assassinated by extremists.
