You should probably just stop wasting our time. Just escrow the money. We all know you don't have the funds to pay out any of the people.
How about for starters you pay out Altaraiser above who made the posts in desperation ? He offered you his service. Didn't he ?

If you can't pay upfront then escrow the fund you want to use through promotion. fund is currently with payza and will have to exchange it to bitcoin using bestchange.com, any exchange from payza will have to be approved manually by their admin which may take 1 to 5 days during business days, this is part of their ToS. Anyone will to do the job will surely be paid. Thank you |
