Example of posting unspent or any other discrepancies as discussed above.

In my opinion, you forgot to mention one important detail. if your wallet is encrypted, when you try to export the private key, you will receive this notification:

To ensure that the export process was successful, you first need to use the following command:
Code:
walletpassphrase you pass 500

And only after that, you can use this command:

Code:
dumpprivkey you wallet adress

Well that in the DMD team has people who understand these issues. I myself would hardly figured it out  Smiley It is a pity that here, you are misleading about these important points.

Now I moved all my coins to a new wallet and already managed to get POS income

Thank you for posting the details.

I did not forget to say "1) Sync the old Coino wallet client, unlock wallet" at post #199, but further clarification is useful. Thanks.  Cheesy

There is a big difference between the concept of unlock your wallet and change the password. in the old coino POW wallet, there is no option to unlock it. It exists only in POS wallets. That is, in your old coino wallet, you can only change your password to a new one. But you can't completely cancel this password. That is why it is important, that the these instructions for transfer coins were used the most detailed description for all these important points.

In any case, thank you for caring about the coin. I hope that coino will revive again and the exchange will take this coin for auction  Smiley

P2Pool node:   http://p2pool.e-pool.net:5855/static/

point yourminer at stratum+tcp://p2pool.e-pool.net:5855 using as username YourWalletAddress and any password you like

PS: I create the pool but i do not have power to test it (i mine now with my laptop cpu Sad ), can someone point some hash power to it, as i do not know if the blocks will be found correctly.

PS1: After we know for sure the pool it's working perfect we will add it to our exchange:

So I downloaded the old wallet so I can export and import each address manually but the old wallet is not syncing because it has no connections.

I hope someone can help me out here.

Old network is not working any more.

Without syncing,
You can still get your wallet address, go to console and dumpprivkey to get privet key of the wallet address; then importprivkey to the new CNO wallet client.

Details: please see post #199 of (this) old Bitcointalk thread.

Good luck.  Cheesy

ps: Any address with zero balance and never had transactions won't be recognized by the old or the new blockchain.

To the devs:
Nice to see some people are still keeping this coin going.  Has anyone heard of or considered working to join this decentralized exchange?

There are 2 chains on Cryptopia, CNO and OLD-CNO. Just forgot of CNO, there's still a swap ongoing? Is there any new dev or news? It seems kind of abandoned topic...
